Dormy Inn Premium Ginza Natural Hot Spring Reviews

It’s my 3rd time staying this hotel, it’s a Prefect room size for up to 2 people, I traveled alone yet I can imagine enough space to open two luggage, love their public bathroom, fully equipped and comfortable environment. Also enjoyed the ice cream after a relaxing bath. They also provide late night snack (noodles till 11pm) unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try, sure it’s tasty as I saw few guests was having the noodles at their restaurant after 9pm

Great stay! Highly recommend. The hot spring is clean with free ice cream provided. Don’t forget to enjoy the free ramen.

i’m visiting Japan for 3 weeks and this is one of my favorite hotels. love the pj, very comfy! it’s my first time trying onsen, the water is black color 😂 very unique! the mini sofa is very cute ❤️ the hotel is also situated in a very nice neighborhood, Ginza is fun.

Very bad service . When I checked in and ask for one blanket , the receptionist told me to get by myself but I am sure she knew I am alone with my baby . I beg them to bring me the blanket finally a female came , I said thank you to her but she only pulled her face and no response . Even a 3 years old kid knows to say ( you are welcome ) when other people say thank you . The room is super small , you can’t open your luggage there . It was lucky I book only one night there . When I woke up in the morning I tidied up all my things and escaped .

Convenient location but a tad far from subway station. Family mart right in front so very convenient. Staff attentive and friendly. Onsen experience was the highlight of our stay.

Location is good not far from train station. If go to Shinkansen at Tokyo Station, the destination is not far. Room was cleaned, breakfast was excellent. Onsen is cool.

My favourite hotel in Tokyo it’s small but it has everything I need. Conveniently located at Ginza 6 chomw quiet street 3 mins walk to the higashi Ginza line. Excellent onsen free ramen, laundry. Since their room and lobby are quite small anyone who needs extra space may visit the 2nd floor where the restaurant is from 1500 -2300 hrs for a bit of extra working space. There is a roof top for some relaxation. Love love love this hotel

The decision to book at the Dormy Inn Ginza Hot Springs was swayed by a positive comment that I read from a previous review that remarked on the quality of Dormy Inn staff. Our experience could not have been more opposite. We stayed for four nights over the 2024/2025 new year, and I was appalled at the complete absence of customer service. We had unexpectedly been joined by our adult daughter and asked if she could stay in our room or if we could book a room that could accommodate three. When we indicated that we would like to check the room, front desk staff physically blocked our entry to the elevator, in which were other guests; it was intimidating. I have never experienced such rudeness and inhospitality and we were made to feel untrustworthy. When we were finally permitted to inspect the room, we had to be accompanied by two staff; incredible. I regret that we had prepaid for the four night, because I would have preferred to go to any other hotel in Tokyo than stay at that Dormy Inn. Our daughter did find another hotel rather than book a separate room there. There had been no advice from the front desk about the hotel facilities. We were surprised to learn from a fellow guest about the availability of the lounge on the second floor and the evening ramen. In the lounge another guest told us of the hot springs in the basement. This was information that should have been brought to our attention at check-in. There are many hotels in Tokyo, look elsewhere if you value hospitable, friendly, courteous front desk staff. You will not find any of these qualities at the Dormy Inn Premium Ginza Natural Hot Springs Hotel. It is inhospitable, unfriendly, discourteous and most definitely unwelcoming.

The room is small and there is no gym but the breakfast is excellent.

Very convenient location as Ginza is right around the corner. 24-hr convenient store in front of hotel. Public bath is a big plus after a day of shopping.
