Great location and nice rooftop with great view of the sky tree Plus free breakfast

Chic and Chill in Tokyo Stayed 4 nights at ONE@Tokyo and really enjoyed it. The design is super sleek and modern — felt like staying in an art piece. Mornings started with fresh bread and solid coffee, which was a nice touch. Staff were kind and the rooftop view was a bonus. Great spot if you like quiet, design-forward hotels

Great place with a nice location - easy to use Tokyo subway, also very quiet (both inside and outside). Rooms are not large - but that seems to be standard in Japan.

Awesome spot! It's super convenient-only 5 minutes from the subway. The room is small but cozy and well-equipped. They offer tasty breakfast pastries and drinks in the morning, plus free coffee and tea in the lobby all day. The rooftop has a great evening view, and the staff is really welcoming. Just a heads-up: they take an extra 200 yen per night as a deposit when you check in.

The service staffs need to be improve. The hotel location is good. The room is quite small cant open 2 - 26” luggages at the same time.

This was truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It started with being told I would be charged an extra 20,000 yen (around 200 CDN) to access to rooftop to view the fireworks, even through I had contacted the hotel twice to see if we needed reservations or anything and being told I could just go up there. It then got weird when we entered our floor to find all the walls covered in bridal sheer drapes run down the hall, with the exception of doorways blocked out in plywood. And then to find the tiny rooms, including the bed, walls, cabinets all made of plywood was really the final touch. I thought!! But no, breakfast consisted of three or four types of buns/croissants, margarine and bean paste, which , although open until 10:00, I noticed they stopped refilling around 9:40, even removing serving boxes so things didn't just look empty, just merely non existent. I would go almost anywhere else unless you just need a covered place for your head for a short time and the price was beyond great.

Honestly an extreme gem, great location with a wow view on the rooftop terrace, kind staff, as well as the best 24 hour free drink bar (with so many tea choices).

I would say not bad the location really convenient but they don’t have a proper door to divide bath/toilet with bedroom which a bit weird. Other than that all good!

Good location, only takes 10 minutes walk to get to the Sky tree tower. Room is tidy and nice. We enjoyed our stay here.

Repeated stay with one@tokyo. While the check-in and -out procedures both took a while, staff remained courteous. The room size is decent for the price paid. Hotel rooftop is amazing and you could see the marvelous night view of Skytree.

Nice view from room, the rooftop is beautiful

Convenient location, fair price vs. room size. Numerous authentic grill & sushi restaurants nearby, not to mention it's 5 minutes walk to the Skytree and Solamachi. There is free coffee, tea and breads offered on the morning as breakfast. You can take them to the roof and enjoy the sun.

lovely hotel.....staff are friendly, great location, free flow of coffee/tea, etc. couldn't ask for more
