A very nice hotel. Conveniently located. Heated swimming pool is fabulous for morning swims followed by heated jacuzzi. Only drawback is the TV in the room is very outdated. No streaming abilities like Netflix etc.

The hotel is in a great location and has a peaceful environment. The hotel rooms are comfortable and have balconies. The breakfast is rich and varied. The service is flexible and thoughtful. Clean and tidy, no odor, satisfactory.

Every time I come to Tokyo, I will choose the Palace Hotel. After all, it is an old hotel with attentive service and impeccable service. It is about a 10-minute walk from Tokyo Station. There are always taxis waiting to pick up passengers at the lobby entrance. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. It is quite convenient to travel. Every night when turning down the bed, pajamas are prepared. The texture is very comfortable. After checking out, I went to the gift shop downstairs to buy one to take home. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. I will choose to stay again

The toilet paper upstairs and downstairs are different, and it is obvious that the quality in the room is not very good. There is a lot of dust on the coffee table, and the five-star hotel is still a bit unworthy of its name. The room service fee is added every day, although it is not much, it still feels strange. The food in the room is charged separately. The steak in the restaurant needs to be charged more than 2,300 yen, but the children like steak, so there is nothing we can do. There is no Chinese food in the buffet, which is a pity. I feel that the five-star price is not worth it. The view of water and trees from the hotel may be special.
