Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Hatchobori Reviews

All rooms are the same size but the twin rooms seem smaller as the beds take up more room. The double bed is on the small side. The bathroom is great. Small but the shower is strong and the there is a bath. Loved having the convenience of the laundry. I stayed 3 nights in different rooms due to hotel being booked. One of the rooms was very light as the blinds don't block out the sun. The other 2 were fine. All the beds were too hard. Staff at reception were lovely. Great location.

Equally good access to/from Narita and Haneda airports. Good location gives access to many tourists places both on foot and by subway. The room is nice (relatively small but we are in Japan). There are cafes/restaurants and conbinis around.

The hotel and the room are clean, good experience

Walking distance to two metro station. Convenience store is also nearby to the hotel. You can get all the amenities at the lobby. Room consider big in Japan, able to open up 2 big suitcases.

Room was rather cramp but it’s Japan. Just that it’s really way smaller than expected. Couldn’t open our luggage’s at all

The room is so small but it it Tokyo. However the hotel is clean so it’s good. Location is not bad but it is a bit of a walk from the Shinkansen train station especially with luggage. Just realized that breakfast is included but the staff did not tell me despite me extending my stay and paying more at the hotel.

Amazing Stay! Room was very clean and service was exceptional! Definitely reccomended! Best part is that it is literally less than 5 minutes from many convenience stores, as well as my favourite restaurant Nakau!

The overall experience good, the location is not a busy place but close to MRT, surrounding have numerous of inexpensive food…and it have adult On Demand Video (the cost is minimum 1k yen)

Great hotel with all our needs - good location, near Tokyo Station. But breakfast was bad, very few variety.

This front desk at 1:20am is so retarded and speak poor English. Ask her a simple English question for like 3times she stood there like a retard and keeps saying sorry ??? I don’t need your sorry I need answer and immediately action so I can get the help I need, get it ? Most of the front desk have attitude that are not professional in Japan. And work things without efficiency. In this case if she cannot deal with English or any case that she has inability to handle she should find someone else who’s more capable. More importantly I don’t get why your hotel management hire people who are just not suitable for front desk position ? Try to make your business better people! 🤦🏻♂️
