Where do I begin,,,, There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom at all times it was so unpleasant. The room is so dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades like there was dust everywhere and the refrigerator was nasty and there were even cockroaches. No matter the price of a hotel having bugs and roaches is unacceptable. This place needs serious renovation.

We decided to go for a twin room instead of 2 single rooms for our last 2 days in Tokyo. The room was not bad and still spacious enough to open our big luggages fully once in a while. We did miss a clothing hanger/rack to hang jackets or wet towels.

They’re really nice and efficient. It is a clean hotel and they have daily cleaning services. Great location and about a 11 min walk to most attractions.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of trains. various restaurants and shops. However, the room is a bit small, and there is a slight odor in the bathroom, likely due to inadequate ventilation.

Careful with this property. What being advertised especially about air cond is not true. Will not return back

A great place to stay if you're taking the Keio Line to Makuhari Messe for events. Plus, there's an excellent Chinese restaurant nearby — highly recommend checking it out! Also the hotel has vending machines, microwaves, and washing machines.

The hotel is nice. Staff are friendly and good. There is a Lawson beside the hotel. It is very convenience. The location very nice. Near to 2 train stations and walkable to Tsuzuki Market.

Was a good place to stay in, which is a stone’s throw away from the MRT station and a walking distance from Tsukiji fish market. Overall, enjoyed my experience here!

The hotel was close to two subway stations. Going to Haneda Airport was quick and easy. It was about a 20 minutes walk to Ginza. Close to the tsukiji market.  The room had a separate washroom but it was small.

The hotel was tiny, lighting was bad, it was difficult to see. Location was quite far from the subway station.
