During my stay at this hotel, I found it exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, with modern amenities, and the staff were courteous and helpful.

Staff members of this hotel are very friendly and polite . And also rooms are comfortable and clean.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.

The hotel is just next to the JR Asagaya station, the location is very good, but it will be affected by the train until mod night. If u’re a person who is afraid of light and sound please check with the counter, ask for the rooms on the other side of station platform, but for me, it’s quite okay.

The room toilet is strange as the door is a step above the floor, it’s very inconvenienced for elderly.

Simple business hotel. Got a small room for two pax. Very convenient as it is right beside the station. Surrounded by izakaya, making it great selection of food choices for dinner. Felt safe through my stay. Room was generally clean and quiet, though the toilet ventilation was not working well.

It is directly connected to Asagaya Station. It's hard to understand, but after you exit the ticket gate, if you don't go outside and go through the underpass, you won't get wet in the rain. It was enough if you just wanted to sleep. Razors, combs, etc. are the type that you pick up in front of the front desk. There is an air purifier in the room. The air conditioner was a household type.

Maybe it was because it was the coldest night in Tokyo? The air conditioning didn't work very well and the room wasn't warm, which was disappointing.

The front desk staff was not very polite and the room was unsanitary as the back of the air purifier was clogged with dust. The location was good, but I will never use this hotel again.

The three of us booked a room for three nights very early, the reservation has been booked according to the three-person order plus instructions 2 adults a 16-year-old boy, the room provides a double bed and a single bed is sufficient, a few days before the trip already with Trip .com contact to confirm the order, computer customer service reply is limited to 2 people, to contact the hotel to ask clearly, I used the email provided by Ctrip and could not send out and bounce back, later received an email from Ctrip that the hotel changed the price and charged HK$665 that day I was notified after the free cancellation deadline 😪😪, which was really unpleasant😡😡😡 And I didn’t have time to change it at night before boarding the plane. It just so happened that July 13-15 was a Japanese holiday. All hotel prices increased a lot. When I went to Check in 2 counter employees could not communicate in basic English, a woman was very patient with a translator to communicate with me, every three days to clean the room, we stayed four days requested to come to clean once, agreed on the 14th, the last time No cleaning 😰😞😞😞😡😡The room space is okay but the hygiene is poor, the bathroom door is very dirty after 🚪, I wiped it with disinfectant paper several times before I dared to hang clothes towel😰😩😩 Basically it is an apartment hotel without service Only sleeping and bathing are provided. There are many choices of restaurants near the hotel, there is a bakery opposite the hotel whose bread is also delicious, the surrounding facilities are good but will not come again. 😤😤😤😡😡😡
