Wonderful quality for the price, close to metro stations, convenience stores…

The location is far from the main part of Paris, but it is right next to the subway. The staff were friendly and spoke English, so there were no communication problems. I didn't eat breakfast. The photos are of nearby tourist attractions.

I have stayed in many four-star hotels in Paris. As a four-star hotel, this one is not up to the standard. Apart from a bottle of hand soap, shower gel and water, there are no other basic supplies, including a refrigerator. The most outrageous thing is that the dirty towels thrown on the floor of the bathtub were not replaced and hung up for us (see the photos, this is the hotel's own rule). If I hadn't noticed the wet feeling, I wouldn't have known it. Don't use the slogan of environmental protection to cheat tourists. Treating guests like home should be the basic creed of the hotel. I've stayed at quite a few 4 stars hotels in Paris, and this one doesn't live up to its four-star rating. Besides hand soap, shower gel, and a single bottle of water, there were no basic amenities provided—not even a minibar. The most absurd thing was that our used towels, which we had left on the bathroom floor because they were dirty, were simply hung back up without being replaced. (see the photo which in the both room 'wall,) If I hadn't noticed they were damp, I wouldn't have realized. Hiding behind Environmental slogans shouldn't come at the expense of guests' comfort. Making guests feel at home should be the core principle of any hotel.

The hotel room is very small, the elevator is very small, the environment is relatively old, and there is no laundry service! Bad review!

The location of this hotel is very convenient But the hotel elevator is very thin Maybe only 3 people can stand And the lights in the corridor are sensor-type So it's usually very dark Maybe it’s in response to environmental protection

An impeccably refined hotel in a safe area close to the metro The room’s exterior windows are paired with novel bathroom fixtures Delicious croissant and most importantly, the lady at the front desk was very nice And a Korean hotel staff enthusiastically explained breakfast to me in Chinese.

Lightning protection, the room cleaner stole the newly bought makeup remover for me.

I had a fantastic experience at Kraft Hotel Paris, particularly with their brunch and service. The menu offered delicious dishes, like the delicious eggs Benedict and rich coffee, all beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the service from KJ and Raphael. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their attention to detail made the whole experience seamless. It was an unforgettable visit, and I’ll definitely return!
