Highly recommended! The staff were all friendly and attended to our needs. Room was clean and location was amazing. Will definitely book again when we go Bintan!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was warm and attentive — the staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is definitely a highlight — it's just a short walk to Plaza Lagoi, and the views are stunning. I especially loved the beautiful sunrises and sunsets, which made for some unforgettable moments. The only downside was the check-in process. I was hoping to settle in earlier, but unfortunately didn’t get access to my room until after 5:30 pm, which was quite late. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests and my future stays. Overall, a great experience and I’d love to return!

In short: 4 points For Sheraton:) Suitable for couples who want spent time at the pool and var for max 2-day. Not suitable for families with small kids. Price/performance is in low end We visited with our 1.5 years daughter for 3 nights with a full board (including lunch and dinner) option and stayed at the pool view cabana room. Room: Quite basic amenities. Cleaning is average, this is a new hotel but quite surprised with stains. Similar quality hotels offer much better amenities (such as nespresso, mini bar, etc) not essential but better. My biggest concern, according to images on the website, it looks like there is a grass area in front of the room, which we were planning to have time with our toddler, but in reality it is the only concrete corridor connecting your room to the main pool. There is a space as a terrace but there is no shading, which makes it practically not usable due to heavy sun or rain (photo). Pool/Seaside: Ocean is very shallow and there is warning for jellyfish and black tarr, makes it not swimmable. The pool is 1.2 m deep and small in size. As there isn't any other attraction most of the guests are around the bar or pool which makes the are stuffed. There are electrical cables around the pool's main entrance (photo). Eating: There are two restaurants, main and poolside bar. We took a full dining package. During the weekend they offer a menu (starter, main, desert and soft drink), feels like worth the price. Cocktails at the poolside bar are quite good, but the food was more like cheap fast food quality. For the food the main restaurant is a better choice. The issue is there are choices for around 10 mains, if you stay longer, it can be boring. During the weekend it was buffet lunch and dinner at the main restaurant. Not much healthy choice for toodlers. Facilities: Very poor. We want to use the kids club as there is not much shade outdoors and no facilities than a poolside bar. I have never experienced a poorer kids club. There are several tables, several toys and a TV. (Even not a ball pit which is quite standard). There is a playground, consisting of a slide and two slings outdoors without shade under the hot sun (or rain). There are lots of sharp corners, and heavy doors without protection of hinges for kids. An unacceptable amount of safety hazards for toddlers in the kids club.. Staff: the only positive about the hotel is the very welcoming staff. Always smiling and very helpful. Just as a new hotel, some of them are under trained. Overall, it feels like the hotel is rushed, without good planning and execution. Poor amenities and facilities. Not much attraction. Families with kids, it is not safe.

We stayed for 3D2N at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to relax and chill. The hotel is new and modern. Have 2restaurants serving Indonesian and western food and 1cafe for snack. The breakfast at Rempah restaurant is great and have a lot of varieties. Hope to have more options of food for lunch and dinner. Its a beach front hotel 10minutes from Bintan Ferry Terminal. The service is good. The staff is friendly and polite. It will be better if the hotel can provide more activities, such as yoga, volleyball, table tennis etc. Within walking distance from the hotel, there is Bintan Lagoi Plaza, that was not fully open when we were there. Few minimart and cafe have opened. We have a great stay there. Thank you for accomodating us.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton! (Lagoi Bay) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who welcomed us with a refreshing drink and snack it is such a thoughtful start to our stay. I had requested a birthday celebration for my friend, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it truly special. Everything was beautifully planned and executed, from the setup to the little surprises, it was clear how much heart they put into it. My friend was genuinely touched, and it made her birthday so unforgettable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the amenities were equally impressive. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with warm hospitality. Huge thanks to the sweetest hotel team, we’ll definitely be back again for another staycation!

We come to Bintan for the first time and chose to stay at Four Points. When we booked the room, we mentioned that this trip was to celebrate our anniversary and hoped the hotel could help a small decoration. To our surprise, they also upgraded our room to Cabana Suite. We were very satisfied with the service at the hotel. We’ll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended! 🤩😬

Room was beautiful, the snorkelling trip was for sure the highlight, with Rafiq as our tour guide, we managed to explore the area plentifully, we also managed to kayak, and fish all on the same day, catching the most beautiful sunset. Definitely a trip to remember

It’s a cool place to chill and relax! The staffs are so friendly which lights up my everyday. Would like to give compliment to Front desk Sonia and Saiful which had welcome and arranged our request upon arrival and explained in detailed my concerns towards Marriot Bonvoy membership. Went out to Tanjung Pinang on my second day and came back to my room with birthday decorations welcoming me, and placed more bottles of water which they have noted my request on my first day arrival. Great job prepared by Azizah, the housekeeping! It warmed my heart after a tired tour whole day. We joined the Buah Tangan Workshop and it was a wonderful experience, knitting bracelet by the beachside Highly recommend this hotel if you aim to have a chill and relaxing stay.

I got to say that their service is top notch. Everyone greets you with a smile. Sea sports activities is right at the beach! Food at the western restaurant is not to our expectations but the morning buffet at the asian restaurant is very good. The variety i got to say is impressive. Sheets in the hotel room can see stain marks and thw fabric is little rough. But overall, we are very happy. Staff recommended us good place to have kelong seafood and also a cheaper place for ATV.

Overall a pleasant stay. There was a problem with the suite room initially but the staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a villa. Amenities are fine but room-service is a bit slow. Food at the restaurant was a bit of hit and miss. Apart from this, the stay was pleasant.

The hotel has direct access to the beach and has its own sea sports centre.. The hotel's service is good but with the high volume of guests, the food service waiting time is long. Additionally, there are insufficient beach towels and a lack of replenishment of plates and cups in the breakfast area. Overall, it was an enjoyable and memorable stay for my family!

The room was super pretty and the bed was really comfy! Loved the breakfast selection too.. definitely wanna go again!
