I got to say that their service is top notch. Everyone greets you with a smile. Sea sports activities is right at the beach! Food at the western restaurant is not to our expectations but the morning buffet at the asian restaurant is very good. The variety i got to say is impressive. Sheets in the hotel room can see stain marks and thw fabric is little rough. But overall, we are very happy. Staff recommended us good place to have kelong seafood and also a cheaper place for ATV.

We were looking for a short escape from the city, and I think we scored the perfect place! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel offers convenient pickup and drop-off services from the ferry, which made everything so easy. We were greeted with a warm welcome—there was even a cake, snacks, and sweet wishes from the team waiting for us as it’s my partner’s birthday. Such a thoughtful touch that really made us feel special. The location is stunning, right in front of the sea, and the pool was a definite highlight. We also really enjoyed the food—it was delicious throughout our stay. If we had one small suggestion, it would be to include more on-site activities in the future. But overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! ❤️

Pros: 1. Great location and just a few minutes walk to restaurant and mini mart, plaza Lagoi 2. Hotel amenities and view is great with the swimming pool and bar, comes with kid play room as well! Cons: 1. Reception service was very bad, delayed the check in time and kept on asking us to wait for the room to be cleaned when we check in at 3pm, and we waited until 3.30pm but the room was still not ready until we requested multiple times. 2. The bathroom cleanliness was bad, can see a lot stains on the floor, and around the bed still have trash at the side Lots of mosquitoes which you can’t avoid everywhere, so remember to bring repellant along with your stays!

Hotel is good. Front office managers are all very helpful and friendly, especially Ledy and Syaiful. Special thanks to Syaiful for helping to sort out membership logon issue. They are patient and knowledgeable.

The view from my room is nothing much but is a good stay at the Four Points Sheraton at Bintan.

Very comfortable stay during our 3 days 2 nights over there. The staffs were very polite and helpful, definitely will stay again if I make the visit to Bintan.

Its our first time in Bintan. The stay was superb from the day we arrived which they were waiting for us after we collected our bags. Our driver, Andrew who was very helpful drove us to the nearest atm to withdraw some cash and carried our bags to the room. Room was spacious & clean and loved the view! We arrived quite late so we proceed to enjoy the pool whom we met Rizki from pool. He recommended some of the activities to do in the hotel & around Bintan. The next day we enjoyed the breakfast buffet with warm greetings from Ditto and told us their speciality would be rendang omelette which was amazing! In the afternoon we proceed to enjoy the beach club and Fauzi took the initiative to serve us ice water because it was very hot & sunny,small gestures are appreciated. All in all, it was a good experience in Sheraton!

Very nice resort. Beautiful swimming pool. Private beach. Clean room. Friendly staff. Nice restaurants. Walking distance to Lagoi Plaza and lake. I’ve enjoyed my stay here.

Had a wonderful stay! They have a free shuttle service to and fro BBT ferry terminal, checking was also straight forward and the room/hotel was soooooo beautiful. Side facing the pool gets afternoon sun, direct access to the beach. They were also quite full for the breakfast buffet, but instead of making u wait, the opened up the meeting rooms and set up a second buffet line, excellent use of space and planning! You can also walk to the nearby local resturant/ice cream place, the "shopping plaza" is quite dead but got when u want to take a walk. Also can walk to the lake/reservoir, nice to stroll when the sun is not so hot, it's very beautiful too

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We are here for a relaxing babymoon trip. We are very surprised by the housekeeping team's heart warming and welcome decoration and message during check in to our room. Not forgetting the surprise coconut cake too!! Thanks for making our little getaway before our first baby's arrival a memorable one!

For us the surroundings were perfect as the neighboring Lagoi Plaza gives chance to stroll around and get a feeling of the locals here, especially on weekends. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach nearby is a true photo spot for sunsets, a perfect setting. Variety of food and cleanliness were acceptable, as the prices for food and beverages are. The region is known for short stays from Singapore citizens, not for long vacations. We would choose this place again over the more luxurious and more expensive resorts nearby.

Amazing trip. We booked the king ocean room for 2 nights and the service from start to end has been amazing. The hotel facilities are also relatively new and nothing was broken during our stay. The service staff at the two restaurants were especially hospitable and they really made this trip amazing. The hotel has unlimited access to the beach, so we really enjoyed ourselves. Adjacent is also some food shops which open during the weekend.
