Wonderful location in Ikebukuro area, extremely kind staff.

Good hotel

We stayed at this hotel for three nights—it was convenient for wrapping up our trip since it’s just an hour from Kamakura. The rooms are nice in the evenings—lots of lighting options, and you can fully block out the windows or slightly open them to hear the city. The shower and bed were good and comfortable. However, we planned to spend some time in the hotel during the day to work, but it turned out the windows have a film that blocks all daylight, so the room always feels like it’s evening and relies solely on lamps. Breakfast was small and untasty, so we had to eat a second breakfast outside the hotel. Otherwise, the staff was great, and everything was clean. I’d recommend staying for one night—more than that might feel uncomfortable.

The location of hotel is great. It is very close to train station. You would get what you need around the hotel, the shopping mall, restaurants. The staff is super helpful and friendly. But if you looking for something new and perfect, this is not the right place for you. The hotel is quite old but very clean and you have all amenities you need, bed and pillow is also good. The hotel offer all day free coffee and free ice for all guests. I will stay again.

The hotel was easy to find. Reception was very helpful and attended to my needs. Room service and everything else was top notch.

Staff is friendly and the breakfast bar is simple. Location is extremely convenient, there are escalators from the underground train network leading to the hotel, through west exit C6. Room is utilitarian and there are no views, but the location alone makes it worth it especially for the pricing. Building feels a little dated and sometimes the towel smells of cigarettes, but is still very clean.

The room is able to open 2 luggage on the floor. Yet, there’s no room to walk afterwards. Location is perfect with tons of food options nearby!

I am so satisfied the room with this price! It takes 5 mins from the exit of the station which is so convenient

Very good location hotel with nearby Tokyo Metro train station for Ikebukuro West STATION . Nearby got many shopping and restaurants. FAMILY MART and 7-11 is walking distance. The room is spacious for Asian and provide good free breakfast-Toast bread, GOOD yogurt drink and free flow of juice, coffee and salad Highly recommend for budget conscious travellers.

When asked to book taxi to nearby bus to Narita airport, counter staff simply refused. He claimed it’s too near. I’d think this is unacceptably rude. I ended up walked for good 15 mins to the main road n hopped on taxi to destination.

The location is quite close to the train station. It is in the middle of an entertainment area, so there are numerous restaurants. The hotel offered a free breakfast of bread, yoghurt, and salad with a good selection of drinks. Like most business style hotels in Japan, the rooms are small but comfortable, They had a small sofa and table as well,

Super friendly staff ! They will try their best to help you. Bedroom a bit small but it’s ok. Everything was clean . Many stores near the hotel so very convenient!

The location of the hotel is very close to JR and there are so many restaurants and convenience stores nearby that’s why no need to worry when you’re hungry at midnight.
