Good place to stay nearby for anything there’s a convinience store at the side..

Staffs were friendly. On the rainy day, they will have umbella to borrow freely.

Room was really small. The kettle didn’t work, and the bedsheet had stains. Also, there’s a construction going on right outside of the place, and they start all sorts of drilling in the morning. The staff was also very unfriendly. Despite its location, I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. For those who drive: They have 2 parking slots - 1,500Yen per night - in the entire hotel, and it can only be reserved by calling the hotel landline. I tried to call a couple of times, but they never returned the call. Thank god it was available when we got there. If not, idk where I could have possibly parked in such an expensive city.

Price is attractive. Location is pretty good as it is walking distance to 2 train stations (shinjuku gyoemmae and shinjuku san chome). Not luxurious, but very decent place to stay.

So nice near station

Dirty curtains. Tiny bathroom. Bathroom products terrible. Expensive for such poor space, even for Tokyo. 10am check out is also too early.

It is stated can luggage storage but reception unwilling to do it which ruin our plan because booked taxi pick up from hotel already.

cannot complain too much because of the price, check-in time strictly after 3 is not the most convenient.

Good location and good price. Was a little disappointed that check-in was later than usual (and my room was still not ready by that time), but the rest of the experience was comfortable.
