The hotel was great! Check-in: Easy & the hotel receptionist was very accomodating. Amenities: A variety of amenities available based on your own needs. Breakfast: The variety was a bit lacking, especially if you stay more than 2 days it can get repetitive & tired of it. But it's adequate for a breakfast.

Good location, about 5 mins walk from station. Room cleanlineas are acceptable. Some nice restaurants & cafe nearby, there are 711, lawson, starbucks & mcdonalds which are 2-3 mins walk away. Only issue i had is the function & cleanliness of coin laundry machine. Lousy model that purely put water & rotate, doesnt really do basic cleaning such as removing basic water stains. And not sure what is the purpose of providing machines if the hotel doesnt bother to maintain basic cleanliness. The machine is so dusty & dirty on the outside & the door. You need to be extra careful after done with drying to avoid your clothes get in contact with the machine & end up get dusty & dirty again. I seldom give bad review but this issue is like such a basic cleanliness maintenance but no one bother.

Nice no frills 3* hotel near Kasai station. The price is quite reasonable. Great location near the central area, though I used to live in this area which is why I stayed. It might be a little far from major Tokyo tourist attractions for others, unless you’re just visiting for Disneyland. The staff are very friendly and professional and speak English very well. The room was perfectly comfortable just for me. Everything worked ok. They don’t clean the rooms daily, I think it’s once every three days. I was there for 7 nights and they only came in once, so don’t understand exactly how this works. I guess they would clean the room if you asked directly. Breakfast is quite limited but good enough, and it never felt too busy.

will be booking this hotel again if im going back to Tokyo. The area is safe for travellers, easy to travel from and to around Tokyo. We enjoyed our stay. The price of the room with free breakfast was worth it. 💯

The room is clean and tidy. The most rare thing is that the super cute and good-looking brother and sister downstairs can speak English. It is much easier to communicate. The hotel also prepared a lot of maps for tourists to use. Very considerate. There is free coffee downstairs in the hotel. Bath salts, makeup remover oil, facial cleanser and other disposable items. Breakfast has bread, yogurt, salad, mashed potatoes, eggs. The egg is slightly salty and sweet. The attitude of the service staff is very good and very nice. In addition, it is really close to the subway station, which is very convenient. There are some restaurants around. There is a ramen that is not bad. Another reason why I booked here is to go to Disney. It is very close to Disney in a straight line, but it takes more than an hour to take the subway, and it costs 3,000 yen to take a taxi. Fortunately, there is a bus next to the subway station, and it costs 330 yen per person, which is very cost-effective.

The last hotel of the trip I stayed for 7 nights. First, I'll tell you about the inconveniences It's quite far from downtown Tokyo. It's a 5-minute walk from Kasai Station on the Tozai Line, but it takes about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station by train and 40-50 minutes to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. And I'm not sure about the room cleaning system, but it seems like they don't clean the floor, but instead focus on the bathroom, changing towels, and making the bed. And there's a small kitchen, but since it's 21m², it was hard to open a 28-inch suitcase. I had to move the table by the window to the end to be able to open it. The good thing is that I got a special deal, so I got 85,000 won per night for 21m², and breakfast is free here. It's simple, but it was nice to be able to have a simple breakfast with bread, sausage, and stir-fried food. There is a kitchen in the room, so you can cook simple meals (I think you can ask the front desk for dishes and cooking utensils), and there is a microwave, so you can use it comfortably in the room. There are 3 washing machines and dryers in the hotel, and you can see if they are in use or not on the TV in the room, and the refrigerator is large. You can both refrigerate and freeze, and you can put 2L bottled water in it, so it was very useful. There is a reading light next to the bed, and there is a USB port, so you can charge it, and there is a 5-pin 8-pin iPhone charging cable in the drawer. And the good thing about going to the airport is that there is an airport bus at the stop in front of the station. Unfortunately, there are only 3-4 Narita buses, but there are many for Haneda. You can decide whether to take the airport bus or the subway depending on the time. I have 2 suitcases, so I can't board, so I take the Tozai Line to Nishi-Funabashi, and then take the **Seibon Line to the airport. I don't recommend going to Tokyo during rush hour and taking the Skyliner or Narita **Seibon Line, so I recommend this method. Of course, if you only have one carrier, the airport bus is the best.

Affordable, very close to Kasai Station, there is a direct bus to Disneyland at Bus Stop No. 10 outside Kasai Station. Except for the slightly small room space, everything else is very good. Good review ...
