Best stay in Tokyo, one of the only social hostel where u WILL make friends and make great memories.

The cleanliness could use some attention, as it seems some guests may not be as careful. Improving this would make mornings in the restroom a much more pleasant experience.

A bit on the pricey end, but this is the best hostel you can get in Shinjuku.

Great place to lay your head and rest. Opportunities to socialise or isolate yourself. Bed space is ample, doesn’t feel too claustrophobic. Amenities were very clean, service staff were friendly. Will definitely stay again :)

I enjoyed my stay at Unplan Shinjuku where I have met so many friends. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs where I had catch-ups with all the travellers with all kinds of alcohol. The shared shower room and toilet are both okay - at least cleaner than what I expected. I saw the staff clean it quite often. Recommended for all the people who travel alone!

I stayed here last week. My stay was good. This hostel is clean and with hospitable staff. I just wonder if they provide towels…hahaha i saw some people used towels from the hotel but i really dont know where they got it.

Service overall was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were tidy and the location not far from the metro and the nearby Shinjuku nightlife. Breakfast was simple but available early.

I stayed late and the hotel didn't inform me anything. When I got to the hotel Thanks to a foreign friend who advised me to check in online. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have a place to stay. Thank you, my fellow residents.🥰🥰🥰

Great location in Shinjuku. It’s very close to a lot of things to do and to different subway lines. The breakfast in the morning gets the job done and they start really early

really great service, a nice complimentary breakfast, and a good location! even though it’s a shared living space, each capsule still felt quite private! would definitely stay here again if i went back to tokyo!

Location is quite far from Shinjuku station. The 3 beds semi private room did not have a decent heater and was very cold at night. Would choose a different place to stay next time.

Friendly, warm and social. This hostel is great and it allows online check in once you get there.
