YOTEL Tokyo Ginza Reviews

The location is good near Shimbashi JR, but airport limousine stop is quite far away, and need to take taxi from Dai Ichi hotel to Yotel on my arrival date. When departing to Narita, don't know whether can buy tickets on board the limousine bus. Finally need to take luggage and walking all the way down the train station. Service of staff are good. Not sure what's went wrong, on my last night the room lightning couldn't turn off, so difficult to sleep whole night. Overall the hotel is good as it's really brand new.

Good room size , clean and new. Good location. Donki next door. Ginza 2 minutes walk. Superb choice. Good breakfast, but only cold food and egg dish. No Asian dish.

Good location!  Easy access to either narita/ haneda airport and the Ginza area. Unlimited food choice near the station.  Amazingly large room (considering it is in Tokyo)! Highly recommended and would definitely visit again!

Great stay at YOTEL! Pretty clean and well furnish maybe it’s due to the fact that it’s new as well!! Love the fact that it is not a carpeted floor too 👍🏼 the room is small so if you have more than 2 luggage to open at the same time will be a hassle:/ toothbrush and bath shower gel is provided while the rest is not so come prepared if you need bath cap or razor or etc. honestly the bed is comfortable to sleep in, not too soft or hard !!! Would come back and stay again!

Good location

Everything is good and roon is clean， the location is good. The only problem is I lost AUD 3000 cash in the room. It is hard to say who took the money. But it's my fault to leave the money in the room so overall it's a good hotel but just remember to take all your money with you when you go out.

The location of this hotel is great if your trip is mostly about shopping in Ginza! However I do not like the facility at all, the design of the room layout is fashionable, even though I personally do not get the purple light, but really it can better use the space to improve the living condition. you don’t even have a convenient place for cups, and there is no platform around the basin! other than this, I think generally the staffs are friendly.

The hotel was great. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and really enjoyed my 3 nights with YOTEL GINZA. Highly recommended for solo traveller like myself.

Nice, new hotel. Great location, close to transport station and shopping areas. Rooms are functional and small. Beds and pillows are so tough we can not sleep well! Ask for a different pillow but don't have this service. Breakfast is ok, enough.

Our favorite location in Tokyo! The room size was perfect, and we loved the eggs Benedict at the breakfast!!

Over price,self service hostel style accommodation. Extreme tight room space, uncomfortable beds. If you wanted to have back pain and depression problem staying couple more days there. Acceptable cleanliness for a facility just opened for 3 months The self check in/out machine malfunctioned, It charge me another full payment even my booking was prepaid via Trip.com. Quite a walking distance from public transportation connection.

Everything is fine except there is a duplicate charge of the accommodation tax applied to my stay 2 months ago at YOTEL and still today I not yet received the refund (no reply afterwards).

It is a good hotel not as spacious as I would have like but it is well designed. The self checkin and checkout is amazing as it makes things smoother.

Excellent hotel. I arrived early and had requested an early check in (which I said I would pay for) and Kazu-san at the reception gave me a free upgrade since that was the only room type available.  Amazing room, so clean and new. Bed was great too. Felt very safe as a lone traveller.  One of the few affordable hotels in Tokyo with a fitness centre. Small but enough for what I needed.  Will 100% come back again!
