The hotel is located right in the heart of Ginza. Super convenient location to all the shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are tastefully designed and exudes understated luxury and is mininalistic. Very spacious and well laid out. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The perfect hotel in the heart of Ginza. Only the rooftop bar needs to remain open longer and the white guy working there needs to be friendlier.

The hotel is pricy but elegantly appointed. Its location is convenient. The service is exceptional, with the staff able to promptly accommodate my preferences.

I stayed at the Ginza Edition Hotel during my trip to Tokyo, and was really amazed by its service! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, and the concierge was waiting at the door, quickly helping me with my luggage, which was very considerate. When checking in, I was able to sit comfortably on the sofa and choose a drink, and then someone led me to the room and explained every detail in detail. During my stay, whether I asked about nearby good places to go or needed additional items, the staff responded quickly, responded to my requests, and were always friendly and polite. When it came to check-out, the process was smooth and efficient, and they would also ask about my stay. Although the hotel is excellent in design, location, and catering, this impeccable service is undoubtedly the biggest highlight, making my trip to Tokyo unforgettable. Next time I come to Tokyo, I will choose this place!

Facilities: Because it is a new hotel, the facilities are good. The only regret is that the water volume of the shower is a bit small. Hygiene: Very good! Environment: Because the hotel is between 1-chome and 2-chome in Ginza, shopping is very convenient. There is a famous stationery store opposite the hotel. Service: Absolutely good! From the front desk to the room to the restaurant, everyone is very warm and sincere. The breakfast is especially great!

The transportation is very convenient, the staff are very enthusiastic, and the service is very good. It is 4 minutes away. There is also an OK supermarket where you can buy strawberries and eat them back at the hotel😍The supermarket is quite easy to shop

The service is very good. There is a Chinese-speaking front desk. The room is large enough, but because it is in Ginza, the hotel is small. There is no breakfast restaurant. Overall, it is very good, but it is not worth the room rate of more than 7,000…

The service, room and location are excellent. I really like the scent of the accompanying laundry detergent, so I bought a set to take home. The only problem is that the breakfast is too limited, mainly Western-style ordering
