Hotel not bad

Great room. The airport stop is a 10-minute walk. The room has everything: a washing machine with powder, a stove, a kettle, a multicooker, a microwave, an iron with a ironing board and a full-fledged refrigerator, everything is fine, BUT We didn't get the code for the first door and couldn't get in. I couldn’t get through by phone either; the answering machine droned on and on. If it weren’t for the hotel resident who kindly provided us with his door code, we would have remained on the street. That's just terrible! I don’t understand why guests cannot contact the hotel staff when checking in on their own???
