It was a little far from the station, but it was nice to be able to walk there along the illuminated Shinmachi River. I thought there would be coffee and tea bags in the room, but I was shocked that there weren't. There was barley tea on the second floor, but it was a bit difficult to carry the other amenities and paper cups up to the room. I've had similarly good value hotels in the past, so... Also, there was no power outlet by the bed, which was inconvenient.

It was an 8 minute walk from Tokushima Station, and was in a great location with a great view of Tokushima city. The biggest advantage was that the parking lot was free. I would also like to stay there if I ever go to Tokushima.

I stayed here using the "Aru de Naide" travel discount that was being offered in Tokushima Prefecture. I made the reservation at a time when coupons were being distributed, so I was able to get a great deal. Please note that the first entrance you can see from the street is sealed off and you cannot enter, but I found out later why. From the room, I could see Mt. Bizan in its entirety. This hotel is located 12 minutes walk from Tokushima Station. (There is Sushiro, McDonald's and Family Mart nearby.)
