Extremely hostile policy towards guests. The only hotel in my 3 year span with trip.com that refused to alter the name of the guest made by mistake and therefore didn't allow me to check in. All the attempts made by trip.com to persuade the hotel to find any solution were rejected. Real disappointmen.

西武園ゴルフ場に行く前日にお邪魔しました。一人で10畳和室は広すぎ椅子がなく、掘り炬燵に座るが、安定が悪いので立ったり座ったりが難しい。机の脚がいかにも弱そうで体重を手を介して掛けられない。洋室はないようで椅子に座りたかった。夕食と朝食は６Fの中華レストランでした。夕食は、黒ビールと小籠包とシューマイで十分、朝も和食セットで美味しかった。部屋が残念でしたが、まあ満足。
