"Our stay at Faith Villa in Tobago was genuinely one of the best family experiences we’ve had, and I don’t say that lightly. From the moment we booked, Chevonne went above and beyond. She reached out immediately, checked in on our needs, and made sure everything was tailored for our stay. Traveling with a six-year-old and a one-year-old can be a lot, but she made the whole process feel effortless. Her communication was consistent and reassuring right up until check-in. Although Chevonne wasn’t physically there during our stay, her mother was on-site managing the property. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly respectful of our space. Even though it’s a resident owner property, it never felt intrusive. They were available if needed—but honestly, we barely needed anything because everything was already so well thought out. We stayed in the Diamond Villa, and it was spotless. Not just surface clean—properly clean. The entire property is clearly very well maintained. The cot provided for our baby was sturdy, clean, and comfortable, which gave us real peace of mind. The location is ideal—just about 10 minutes (if that) from town and the airport, and close enough to supermarkets for easy restocking. There’s secure parking on-site, which was perfect for our rental car. The pool was a highlight—lovely and warm, and perfect for both adults and kids. The property itself is gated with CCTV, so we felt completely safe the entire time. As parents, that made a huge difference. The area is also quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. One of our favourite things was the outdoor seating area at the Diamond Villa. Having breakfast outside with a view of the sea was just perfect. Every room has a sea view, which is such a special touch. Inside, everything was comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were firm and cosy with fresh linens, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the showers were spacious. There are also laundry facilities on-site—the first wash is free, and the owners even helped us with laundry while we were out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this place ticks every box—for families, couples, or even groups of friends. You could even book out the entire property and have it all to yourselves, which would be amazing. Our children absolutely loved it, and so did we. When we return to Tobago—and we definitely will—there’s no question we’ll be staying here again. Highly, highly recommended."

Green Haven Cottage

"Greenhaven is a great place to stay. It is a real haven – quiet and yet accessible to Scarborough and from there to wherever else you want to go. Ms. Jane Grant demonstrates her pride in the place with her generosity and care. She went above and beyond to make us feel safe. The place is very clean and secure and she makes every effort to make you comfortable. The prices were excellent for what is offered. We had the studio apartment which is tastefully arranged and has all the things you would need – laundry, little kitchen that comes equipped with everything - from dishwashing liquid to a fridge, blender and microwave. Ms. Grant responded to what we would like in her breakfast offerings. She baked several kinds of bread and would consult us on what we would like the next day. When we had to leave early, breakfast was made available to suit us. We did not have a car, so Ms. Grant made arrangements for a car with driver, who took us around for a fee. On Friday, her day for grocery shopping, we were not sure what we were doing so she took us with her to the local market and we got to know a part of Tobago we would not have otherwise been to. One day we were waiting for the ride to Store Bay that never showed up. Ms. Jane offered to take us to Scarborough to get the taxi from there. While we were on the road she decided to drive us all the way to Store Bay! The location is great. We later discovered that it was very easy to get from Greenhaven to town and to the beach as there are a number of private ‘uber’ type arrangements possible. We got back from Store Bay by first getting the public bus to Scarborough (airconditioned and cheap) and from there we got one of the private rides back. There is a place near B’s Ice Cream shop on Wilson Road, where you can wait for a ride. Even though it may not seem so, it is organized - there were a number of people waiting there and we all got rides back to the Franklyn Junction fairly quickly! It is indeed a place I will stay at again and I highly recommend it! Thank you for making us feel so special, Ms Jane."
