El hotel es muy bonito! La ubicación está muy bien en la zona de Angelópolis y la atención de la recepción ha sido increíble. Solo pondría como comentario para cambiar, tener cuidado con el olor de las tuberías del baño, de repente la habitación olía muy mal por el olor del lavabo del baño, y era muy molesto. De ahí lo demás muy bien

I had a wonderful stay at Kharma Suites. The rooms were modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented every morning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Liked the hotel very much rooms are super clean ans spacious, the people that work there are very kind. The first morning we could see a beautiful sunrise. It took less than 10 minutes to get from the Destino bus station to the hotel. Eventhough I loved everything I think an area of oportunity would be breakfast, it's too simple and limited. Just fruit, eggs and toast.

Our two-day stay at Kharma Suites was a truly horrible experience. On the first day, the hotel ran out of gas, meaning they couldn't prepare breakfast, and we were forced to take showers with freezing cold water. To our surprise, the second day was no better. When we went to the cafeteria for breakfast, we were informed they had run out of groceries, resulting in us missing breakfast once again. We requested a reimbursement so we could eat elsewhere, but the manager flat-out refused. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They clearly lack the basic services and professionalism required to operate as an accommodation. I hope this feedback reaches them and prompts a significant change in their operations.

Great place only issue is extremely cheap ok the breakfast and if u wants juice small cup u will not have 4 tiny tin slices of fruit otherwise place was amazing

TODOS LOS DÍAS NOS DESPERTO LA MUSICA DE UN ESTUDIO DE BICICLETAS QUE ESTA AHI MISMO. UN LUGAR QUE EN FOTOS SE VE BIEN, PERO NO ES LA REALIDAD.
LAS SABANAS SON DE PÉSIMA CALIDAD, LAS CAMAS MAL TENDIDAS Y POR ABAJO DE LAS SABANAS LLENAS DE PELOS.
LA REGADERA NO SIRVE, SALIA PARA TODOS LADOS MENOS POR DONDE TENIA QUE.
EL OLOR DE LA HABITACION ERA A DRENAJE, NUNCA CONTESTARON.
EL ESTACIONAMIENTO SE ESTA CAYENDO.

Amazing place to stay, the staff very helpful Luz in reception the most kind person ever. Breakfast is ok, room very big and comfortable. Communication before arrival is brilliant. Breakfast is okay the lady is very friendly. We will be back soon
