El hotel es muy bonito! La ubicación está muy bien en la zona de Angelópolis y la atención de la recepción ha sido increíble. Solo pondría como comentario para cambiar, tener cuidado con el olor de las tuberías del baño, de repente la habitación olía muy mal por el olor del lavabo del baño, y era muy molesto. De ahí lo demás muy bien

El hotel muy comodo, accesible, cerca de lugares necesarios para la estancia y cerca de vias importantes, la habitación cómoda, muy espaciosa, limpia ycon todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. Solo un detalle ne la regadera, se estanca el agua, el piso no está bien nivelado, este detalle no es grave para mi familia, espero lo corrijan.

La atención maravillosa desde la reservación, y la habitación super limpia arreglada nos tocó una vista hermosa, único detalle las almohadas un poco incómodas. El desayuno estuvo bien para el costo de la habitación creo que fue estuvo súper.

Our two-day stay at Kharma Suites was a truly horrible experience. On the first day, the hotel ran out of gas, meaning they couldn't prepare breakfast, and we were forced to take showers with freezing cold water. To our surprise, the second day was no better. When we went to the cafeteria for breakfast, we were informed they had run out of groceries, resulting in us missing breakfast once again. We requested a reimbursement so we could eat elsewhere, but the manager flat-out refused. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They clearly lack the basic services and professionalism required to operate as an accommodation. I hope this feedback reaches them and prompts a significant change in their operations.
