The rooms are big and are clean. However the hotel is far from main area. Without a Private transportation please dont book this hotel Food is ok but can be improved. Service is on the slower side. Overall the Hotel needs improvement in Customer Service and Food.

The ambience is not good, food is good, restaurants staff is excellent, front office staff is not up to the mark specially the trainy staff , no staff for luggage movement

It was a safe stay, clean and neat rooms. Food was food quality. Just a small advise to recruit experienced staff or may even train them for hospitality and decency.
Thé bathrooms may have better showers and good capaciity geysers where hot water can stay bit longer.

The rooms are very big and spacious. Food was also good, specially the breakfast spread.
May be due to new constructed property, the basement car parking space is very dirty, and it requires cleaning.

Decent place to stay if you want to go to tirumala. Rooms were clean. Food was good however dosas, idlis not available after 11 am. Wifi was very poor.

Property is good. Rooms are good. Food is good.
But the biggest problem is service. Room service is next to nothing. We didn't have basics like towels, hand towels in the room. no one in the hotel answers the room phone. They are super understaffed.
