I went to the reception for a room and told them I'll book it online since the rates were 50 pct less. After I booked the room they said I need to wait for 4 hours since no room is available. I appreciate that every hotel has its check in time and right to reservation but my point is i was standing infront of them and booking and they told me only after the payment was made that no room is available and I need to wait for 4 hours. This speaks volumes of a chain of hotels and what you can expect.
