We stayed as a family in The Pothigai Palace during March 2025 in Kutrlam for a single night in Executive room with Queen bed and one single bed . The room, beds and bathroom were clean and well maintained. They provided Towels and toiletries to each person and 2 water bottles. There was also common water purifier in portico. Reception person was very humble and handled us in polite way. Nice place with underground car parking which I felt very much safe. Nearest to temple, main falls and Five falls. The place was very calm and very nearest to small hotels. The cost also very much affordable when compared to nice place like this. We had a nice time staying here. Safe place for family as of our experience.

Worst place to stay in the court Allan cleanliness is down to zero with no ambience The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality.
Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.
Consider me , dont go with this Royal Vista

The location is near main falls. Walkable distance. Rooms are clean. Has parking space in the basement.

Clean rooms. That's it. But not worth the price. I paid 10k for two days. No service. Each time you go down and request (no intercom, they will give you one blanket for a 5 bed suite. You had to request to clear thrash. Even at checkout they did not assist in transfer of luggage.

Stayed as family. Good in maintenance. Since there is no restaurant in this hotel we travel-led for our vegetarian dinner for 4 kms. Generally ok.

excellent amenities and friendly approach of the receptionist. very good hospitality and appreciated the kindness of support staff. prominent centre to reach out key tourist spots and restaurants. 4.5 out of 5 star rating👌👍. overall excellent and pleasant place to stay ***** with family
