Byzantio City Hotel ★★
"Stayed at hotel for one night in October. Location was great, just 5-10 mins away from port. Reception was very cool design. Felt very airy and modern. Room could have done with a lick of paint, however very clean and we were provided with everything we needed. Nice sea view from balcony too. Breakfast was great. Good selection of food - pastries, Greek yoghurt, cheeses etc. Nice coffee. Only complaint was the noise at night. Room wasn’t soundproofed and there was a bit of noise at night. Think it was coming from pipes and was quite loud. May have just been wind, but took a little while to fall asleep. Was fabulous value for money though and highly recommend to anyone travelling to Tinos."
Favie Suzanne ★★★
"A very fine hotel for the price with friendly service. AC fully functional. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing with kids playing in the corridors later after midnight."
Mr and Mrs White Tinos ★★★★
"My mother and I stayed at Mr and Mrs White last week. The hotel was only just coming to life at the start of the season so we almost had the place to ourselves which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is modern, pretty, and spotlessly clean. The pool area is excellent and there is a quiet beach just a few minutes’ walk away. The rooms were nice. The location is quiet (which we wanted) so it’s helpful to hire a car if you wish to explore. The staff helped us with this and the price was very reasonable. The staff at the hotel really were wonderful. Always happy, smiling, and ready to help with whatever you might need. We were blown away by their friendliness and professionalism. Efkaristo!"
Aelia Tinos ★★★
"Very nice and modern apartments, with a fully equipped kitchen.. we stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was very beautiful! It is a little outside the city, within 4 minutes by car you are in the center. The guy who owns them is very friendly and helpful. We recommend it 100%!"
Oxygen Favie by Ghh ★★★
"I was completely disappointed! We paid €660 for 4 nights for a double room with breakfast, and it was absolutely not worth it. It’s a 3-star hotel with small rooms, poor furniture arrangement, and the bathroom door even hits the bed when you open it. The breakfast was very basic and of low quality, and the service during breakfast was non-existent. There was just one girl sitting there playing on her phone, clearly not interested in helping at all. The hotel also feels unsafe, as there is no staff at the reception during the night, and anyone can enter the building — the door opens automatically without needing a code. On top of that, there is no soundproofing, and the corridor doors slam loudly, making it hard to relax. The only positive is the location it’s very close to the city center and the shops."
Living Theros Luxury Suites ★★★
"Kardiani is a beautiful peaceful village and Living Theros is the perfect place to stay. Amazing views, kind staff and breakfast is like unpacking a gift every morning. High recommend for a relaxing romantic stay. Hiring a car is pretty essential to be able to go to beaches and explore other towns. Gorgeous place."
Virginia Studios ★★★
"We made the mistake of cancelling our reservation for days, i.e. from two to one night. The lady on the booking, she tried to balance the loss by increasing the price from 50 to 70 euros and then our objections changed our room from a double bed with two single beds to a double bed. The room was delicious (except for the fake flowers in the vase), clean, with all the comforts (even with large variety of breakfasts, coffee, juice, water, etc.), it was just lilies dimensions, as was the bathroom, which was functional for us, The studios are in a very convenient location, in a breathtaking distance from the Church, the beach, the market, in a quiet area, although close to all the places to visit. The price included transport from and from port, from a noble and helpful driver and a escort. Everything is fine, so long as the lady of the booking, the owner, if I understand it, is not irritated. which must be understood that no one cancels unless it is obliged by the conditions of his daily life and is obliged to deal with behaviours that are not consistent with the behaviour of the hotel owner and especially in Tino. Help us!!!!"
Mata's Apartments ★★★★
"The apartment was fantastic with excellent facilities and a lovely little private hot tub which is overlooked by other hot tubs. Breakfast was served to our apartment in pre-prepared breakfast boxes which didn’t give a choice of food. I assume this was because there were insufficient guests at the start of the season to open the restaurant. I would recommend that the owners try room only before 1st June, as our apartment was really well equipped for us to prepare our own. There is a supermarket and bakery steps away. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and the toiletries and bathrobes were appreciated. The bed was very firm with lots of storage space in the bedroom. The property is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk from the port if you are island hopping and a few minutes walk from the harbour area and bars and restaurants."
Odera, Tinos, Autograph Collection ★★★★★
"The Odera Tinos has to be one of the most stunning hotels I have ever stayed in. The architecture and landscape design of the hotel and grounds blend so seamlessly into the backdrop of Tinos. It is breathtaking! My husband I stayed here for 4 nights in June. We enjoyed the private pool that was included in our room rate at the Odera Tinos. The room itself was immaculately clean and well-laid out. Every morning, we opened the draperies to an amazing view of the Tinos hillside nearby. Every night, we watched the sunset from the privacy of our own terrace overlooking the sea below. Each morning, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast included at the Odera Tinos. You could choose from a la carte or a well-laid out breakfast buffet. If I had to make one small suggestion, it would be to enhance the coffee service at breakfast. There was one waiter going back-and-forth to the coffee bar and bringing the orders over to the seated guests. Sometimes it took over twenty minutes to receive a coffee order. The hotel could consider giving out pots of coffee to each table upon request. It would save time and we could get our caffeine fix. One night, we dined at the Eos Restaurant on site and the meal was fantastic. Try the chicken gyros tacos - they were so good we ordered them for room service another night. Taking a dip in the Aegean Sea at the private Vourni Beach club was a real treat. While the water was on the cool side in late June, it was easy to acclimatize to the water temperature and it ended up being quite refreshing. The water is crystal clear Guests were provided with towels, loungers, umbrellas down at Vourni Beach. It was a very relaxing place to visit. Finally, I would like to mention the top-notch service at the Odera Tinos. Every staff member we encountered - from Reception to Wait staff in the restaurants and beach club, to House keeping and everyone else - was so hospitable and accomodating. The staff is trained very well here to be service-oriented. In particular, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Osvertis, the Guest Relations Manager / Concierge. Osvertis was so helpful in making recommendations for some trips we took around Tinos. He is genuinely warm and hospitable, and a true ambassador for the Odera Tinos. Thank you, Osvertis and the entire staff at the Odera Tinos, for everything you do to make your guests delighted!"

Yenesis Seaside Retreat - Adults Only over 15
"Wonderful Stay. Eleni provided a great breakfast every morning. Directly across the street from a nice uncrowded beach. Nice private plunge pool. Everything was superb! Would stay again!"
Tinos Resort
"Charming wonderful owner (Antonis), staff and resident cat, Gina. Antonis and the cook Nicoletta know the island well and have perfect advice on restaurants and beaches. (You don’t get the feeling like they are getting paid for referrals like some other hotels) Huge apartments set right outside town in a quiet residential neighborhood. 5 min walk to the bus station and main port, 10-15 minutes to town. Slight uphill for a few minutes. This is an old-school, family-run multi apartment building. Not a modern or updated hotel, but more of a welcoming home with antiques and a family feel. The pool area is really nice, kept spotlessly clean, and protected from any wind. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and plentiful."
Tinos Beach Hotel
"Beautiful potential, lovely staff — but not a 5-star experience We had a pleasant stay overall, and the biggest positive for us was the staff. The employees are extremely nice, calm and welcoming. They handle every request with a smile and genuinely try to help, which makes a big difference. The pool is also a strong point. It is large and, during weekdays, the hotel was not very full, so there were not too many people around the pool. It was a relaxing atmosphere. The gym is well equipped and has everything needed for a proper workout, which I really appreciated. However, after spending 10 days here, I have to say that I don’t think this hotel can reasonably claim to be a 5-star experience in its current state. There is a lot of potential, but too many basic details and service standards are missing. The rooms and bathrooms The bedrooms, bathrooms and storage space are far too small. The bathroom and dressing areas are ridiculously small. I basically had to keep everything in my luggage throughout the stay. Since the bedrooms themselves are not particularly large either, there is very little usable space beyond the bed. Even basic practical details have not been thought through: there isn’t even enough space next to the sink to put a toothbrush. The bathroom design is especially problematic. There is no proper door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, and the shower is completely open. Because there is also an open window in the shower — yes, an open window! — you have to choose between getting water into the corridor/bedroom or getting water r’through that « window » or to wet your towels that are hanging inside the shower. There is also nowhere convenient to hang towels except inside the shower. Please install a proper shower door/enclosure and close that strange open window in the shower. These may sound like small details, but they have a huge impact on the comfort and functionality of the room… and intimacy?! The towels were also disappointing. They seemed to be losing fabric directly onto your skin. Perhaps this was because they were new, but the quality did not feel appropriate for this category of hotel. I also used the common bathroom near the restaurant once, and there was no toilet paper. Again, this is a very basic thing that should simply be checked regularly. The gym Although the gym has good equipment, cleanliness and maintenance were a serious issue. I stayed for 10 days and, during that entire time, I did not see the gym floor cleaned even once. I train on the floor quite often, so this was particularly noticeable. The toilets were also dirty. On top of that, water cups were missing for 5 out of the 10 days, and towels were also unavailable on several days. For a hotel of this standard, the gym should be cleaned and checked regularly, with basic necessities such as towels, drinking cups and clean toilets consistently available. The equipment is there — the daily maintenance and attention are what is missing."
Anthea Hotel
"We booked this ‘spa’ hotel as a treat whilst island hopping in Greece. We had high expectations given that it was much more costly than other accommodation offered and based on services advertised on their website.Unfortunately our experience at this hotel was disappointing and underwhelming. Cleanliness was lacking both in the room and facilities-the outdoor jacuzzi had to be pre booked so that they could remove the dead bugs floating in it. As for a peaceful spa hotel we found the opposite, as a soccer team of teenage boys overtook the pool and the restaurant each morning. We also had to complain due to the noise after midnight. Location was very remote, unless you have a car the dark walk home from Tinos town in the evening is definitely not recommended. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised standards and was not worth the rate we paid."
Infinity View Hotel Tinos
"This hotel is absolutely first class. My husband and I stayed for five nights in June 2025. From the moment we checked in from the port, Alessandro greeted us and showed us to our superior room with balcony and veranda plus plunge pool on the third floor. The room was a delight and everything we needed to make our stay very memorable. The bed was so comfortable together with the pillows and the room spotless. Breakfast was delicious with hot and cold food, wonderful yogurt, fruits, nuts, greek pastries and lovely coffee and juice. Staff were lovely. It is a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tinos with lots of tavernas, shops and historical features. Can only highly recommend a stay here. We hope to return again on one of our Greek Island hopping holidays which we love so much."
Coocono Villas
"An excellent choice for two couples to share. Bedrooms and bathrooms are separate but the kitchen and pool area is shared. Maintenance is first rate with cleaning, refreshment of coffee pods etc done daily. The manager provided a lovely basket of local products when we arrived and gave us boxes of local treats when we left. We felt very well looked after."
Sun Aeriko
"The most incredible Hotel I have ever stayed in. We are having an amazing stay at Sun Aeriko in Tinos and genuinely do not want to leave. It’s more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. From the minute you arrive, you are made to feel like family. The warmth and hospitality from everyone there is something really special, and as the days go by, the staff feel more like friends than hotel staff. The hotel itself is truly luxurious while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. Our room is absolutely beautiful, and the view from the private out-door area is simply picturesque — waking up to it every morning is an absolute joy and one of those views you never really get tired of. It’s the first Hotel that I can say looks exactly like the advertised photos, if not better! The place is spotlessly clean and chic and very modern. Breakfast is another huge highlight. Everything is incredibly fresh and high quality, especially the pastries which are freshly made each morning. Fresh smoothies and ginger shots are also available. You can really tell there is care and attention put into every detail. The location is also perfect for exploring Tinos, especially if you have a car, but honestly the atmosphere of the hotel alone makes you want to spend hours just relaxing there. It’s around 20 minutes to walk into town, however a taxi is only €6 which is a safer commute. What stands out most was how personal the whole experience feels. Sun Aeriko doesn’t feel like a standard hotel stay — it feels special, calm, genuine, and unforgettable. I will stay here again at some point in the future, with more family and friends. Just book this place, it is absolutely incredible and you won’t regret it."
Ela Tinos
"A very unpleasant experience. Between the absolute lack of good manners and the blinkered, genuinely embarrassed staff. A guest with his two dogs did as he pleased in this hotel. His dogs barked incessantly and happened to be in the room with a terrace next to mine. I obviously informed the front desk and he was informed, but that didn't change a thing. In the afternoon, he's by the pool and his barking dogs are not on a leash. That same evening, he went out, leaving his dogs locked in his room, barking until he returned in the middle of the night. I call the front desk in the middle of the night, and they're sorry again, apologizing profusely. We finally changed his room the next day. This time, at breakfast, the dogs are not kept on a leash and wander around the buffet barking, and it doesn't bother him in the least. The management finally explains to me that he is the owner's father and that, consequently, there's nothing more they can do. I know that other customers embarrassed by this behavior have also complained. It's strange, this gentleman coming to make a mess of his own son's hotel, which has recently opened and is trying to develop its clientele. I was offered a complimentary massage session for 45 euros. I felt so sorry for all the employees of this hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back."
Nama Boutique Hotel
"The hotel is centrally located by the harbor and is a bit older. The rooms have apparently been completely renovated and are very clean. The windows are well insulated, so you hardly hear anything from the lively activity on the street outside. The beds are excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. We were satisfied, but it wasn't anything special. Presumably, they're operating on a very tight budget."
Aeolis Tinos Suites
"The hotel is blessed with the most amazing natural setting high in the hills with a beautiful vista down to the Aegean – you’d be hard pressed to find a better view in Tinos! The hotel itself has been beautifully designed to match its natural surroundings; the room was spacious and clean. However, the service did not match the 5* location and given the hotel’s price point I think they need to do a lot better on this front if they want to succeed in making the hotel a luxury option in Tinos. A couple of observations: - A complimentary bottle of water was provided on arrival in your room – this was never replenished during our 5 night stay. - Service around the pool area was practically non-existent (you had to go looking for waiting staff if you wanted a drink). - The lamps which created the mood lighting next to our table were removed mid-dinner service and taken upstairs for a private function. - We struggled to arrange car hire and when I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival they just provided me with the telephone number of their preferred supplier. Again, given the price point of the hotel and fact its targeting the luxury market, you’d expect them to be of more assistance in arranging this. - One evening we ordered drinks after returning from dinner to enjoy on our balcony. We had to stand in middle of restaurant to wait for them – if there is no lounge / bar area then they should be better equipped to provide room service. Operationally, the hotel was operated as a restaurant and not as a hotel. The hotel has huge potential but they do need to address these operational issues if they wish to succeed in the luxury market."
