Low price but what a disappointment when you compare the real Situation with the description on ***********. Would be a four star? In my opinion two stars would be already too much…. Swimmingpool? At the neighbours…… Room of 30square meters? Only 20 at max Food was not prepared well. Tajins were ‚burned‘. Hardly warm water in the smal douche. Douche and toilet didn‘t feel hygienic. In the bathroom a fountain instead of a washbasin and there was a bad drain smell in the building. After dinner there would be music, but i haven‘t seen any musicians. Only positive point for us was the breakfast.

Zak, the manager was a great help for me. I was ill and he went with me to a dokter he knows 15 km further, to translate my problem. Its was great. He gave me his number when we are living so that I could still call him when there should be a problem.

Suite familiale pour nous : chambre très bof (bon point pour la douche avec pression) repas pas bon, PDJ médiocre. Piscine hors service depuis des mois je pense... Acces super difficile surtout avec valise. Pour clôturer le tout pas de CB, ils exigent du cash pour créer une arnaque derriere :: ils ont dit a Booking que nous ne sommes pas venu alors que nous avions payé à la resa ! Pour se faire payer en double. A fuir !!!!!

Très bon accueil de Zach, qui est aime faire découvrir sa région. Très bon guide dans la palmeraie et les gorges. Mais, chambre vétuste, sale, WC cassé. Dîner médiocre mais animé par Zachary à la guitare. Petit déjeuner pas bon. A fuire malgré les efforts de Zachary. Ne correspond pas du tout à la note et aux photos.

Erreur sur le choix blush sur conseil. Couleur trop foncé. J’appelle immédiatement pour avertir et ramener. Une fois arrivée, la responsable refuse de me l’échanger car dit que je l’ai utilisé (je suis rentré à 18h et je l’ai ramené le lendemain). J’ai dépensé 120€ dont 64€ pour le blush! Elle me trouve une excuse bidon pour ne pas le reprendre ! Impossible de discuter elle campe sur « vous l’avez utilisé » alors que non et me prend de haut alors que j’avais en plus repris des produits. Dommage, j’ai voulu racheter chez SEPHORA mais en fin de compte je ne regrette pas de retourner chez NOCIBE ! Fuyez SEPHORA et de plus ils prennent une commission importante sur chaque produit !!

Bien placé pour visiter les gorges et la palmeraie riad sympa superbe vu de la terrasse très bonne accueil de zakaria bon repas en autre couscous . nous avions choisi aussi se riad pour de l ambiance guitare mais la guitare était cassé un peu dessus roselyne

Belle vue depuis le Riad qui est proche des gorges. C'est Zack qui nous a accueillies (merci pour sa gentillesse). Le personnel qui est sympathique fait de son mieux pour nous satisfaire. Nous avions vu sur des commentaires qu'il y avait de la musique le soir, mais pas lors de notre séjour car la guitare était cassée et Zack ne pouvait pas s'en servir. Il faudrait qu'elle soit remplacée par le propriétaire qui n'est pas pressé de le faire et qui apparemment n'est pas souvent là.
