Everything is good. Pool and hottub were working. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is clean. Workout area is simple but fine.

I usually stay at this hotel whenever I visit Timmins, and every time it feels like a second home. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. What really makes the stay memorable is the staff especially Manpreet at the front desk. They go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. They’re friendly, professional, and always ready to help, whether it’s with check-in, local tips, or just a warm smile after a long day. Their hospitality is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Timmins great value, great comfort, and outstanding service.

Acceptable Bed Linens and pillows fantastic. Noisy Small bathroom for a suite Breakfast was passable but all precooked reheated processed nothing fresh, no fruit stale bread.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good hot breakfast (no fresh fruit). Would be wonderful if there were towels in the pool area and also a reading lamp both for the bed and for the lounge chair that sits in the corner. Otherwise, great stay with good amenities. Thanks

Terrible stay...
Found Hair in the bed sheets and left it under the night table for the management to see (I told concierge about this) and the only reply I got was (we'll note this). Nothing to remedy the situation or make it better.
The concierge said that he would get the management to contact me and I waited a couple days before writing this review.
This means that they are not changing the sheets properly.
The room has a stale odour to it and the rating shouldn't be as high as it is.
Extremely disappointing stay.
