Extremely disappointed and disheartening visit for me. I couldn’t wait to check out. I felt compelled to annotate my experience in hopes that it may assist another with a decision on where to stay and to prompt some type of action. We arrived long after check in time but rooms still had to be checked to see if they were guest ready Cleanliness is of utmost importance but there was a musty smell throughout the halls. We had to change rooms due to the presence of mold on the ceiling and a missing fire detector. The room had condensation and could’ve used a dehumidifier. The floors appeared dirty, but it was hard to see due to the low lighting in the room. The decorum in the room was extremely poor due to peeling paint and leak spots. The flooring chosen for the bathroom made for hazardous conditions due to condensation. Rooms didn't feel clean and it’s possible we were inhaling air we shouldn’t have. I started questioning cleanliness of the sheets, towels and toilet paper. A community microwave was located in the hall, but I dare not use it or the ice machine. Overall, I’m sorry to say there was quite a bit of dissatisfaction and I won't be staying there again. Nice photos on the website but they look nothing like what I experienced. This hotel needs a MAJOR overhaul but I'm sure “they” know this.

There was crumbs on the floor. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I had a family of four l,but was provide only 2 towels and the room smell like mildew. Update need to be as the paint on the ceiling cracking. Motel 6 would have been a better option. Very disappointed

The overall stay wasn’t horrible, just less than I expected for the price we paid. The room was not very clean, including what appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the shower. The AC didn’t work very well, and when housekeeping came in, they took the wet/used towels from the bathroom, but didn’t replace them. The staff when checking in, and out were very friendly. All in all, I thought that we’d have a better experience at a Holiday Inn.

1st room we were assigned to , smelled mildew , window cracked, couldn't close the curtain to cover the window. Manager did move us to another room which was better but still mildewey and old. Only good thing was the excellent service from Jenna our server at the bar. Very personable and pleasant! Thankfully only 1 night stay.
