離蒂拉穆克奶酪工廠很近,酒店本身在一個服務區,有加油的,對面有個大超市,挺方便的

I would not recommend this hotel terrible. I booked six months early asked for handicap room with least amount of steps from door. 2 rooms beds awful did not clean room awful staff beds wore out. Rooms were as far away from entrance as you can get. Too hard for 94 year old mom with walker. They didn’t care and they no longer have a swimming pool. Very rude help and way to expensive for quality of room.

One word describes my experience......HORRIBLE! I reserved 1 king room and 1 double queen room 1 1/2 months prior to when our stay was going to be. I received a confirmation via email that showed my quoted price and the dates of my reservation. When I made my reservation I told the lady at the desk that we would be arriving late due to going to the rodeo first. Upon arrival at 11:30 P.M. we were told that they couldn't find my reservation at all. When I pulled it up, I was then told that they had my reservation for the 1 king bed but not the double queen. Then I was told they had the double queen for 2 nights starting Saturday, not Friday. After quite a bit of arguing and fuming I was told that because they were sold out they could possibly put us in a decommissioned room. We were told to leave and come back. When we came back we were basically put in a storage room. They had no extra blankets for my daughter to sleep on the couch. The next day we had to check out and check back in to different rooms. I was quoted $150 a night and was charged $195 and $215 a night. I argued that I was not going to pay for sleeping in a storage room. Finally they said they would comp both rooms both nights. It's been a few days and I still haven't seen the credit, so I will be calling my credit card company and telling them that I reject all of their charges. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This facility has been sold and is under major renovation. The front steps were partially blocked with building materials and few rooms were available. This fact was not mentioned when I called the Shilo office to make the reservation. The bare floors in room 116 were dirty. There were no hangers and those eventually supplied were very cheap plastic that would not hold heavy coats. The room heater had not been cleaned in who knows how long so was blowing out the accumulated dust, pollen etc, which caused congestion. We shut it off. The hand towels were threadbare and when we asked for clean ones after two days were told room service was only available with a 5 day stay. When it rained there was a constant drum beat outside the window of water running off the roof. There were no gutters. All this and the new owner charges the full amount for their rooms. On the positive side: The front desk staff were nice. The support staff unfriendly. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. It is a good location for shopping and visiting the two cheese factories. I’ve been a loyal, happy customer of Shilo Inn’s for 20+ years so this was a major disappointment. The new name for this facility will apparently be The Tillamook Inn

I would not recommend at this time. Under construction. They need signs to BE WUIET after 10, as walls are thin and they had a herd of elephants staying in the hotel until 1:30 in the morning. Not horrible, but very moldy/ old smell. Couldn’t find anything else last minute, so gave it a try. Until they are remodeled, not worth the money. Went up the coast the next day, and got spotlessly clean, beautiful place, for almost half of the rate. I will say?, the staff was phenomenal, and did their best! Wonderful people!

My husband and I had been on a beautiful road trip from Seattle to Tillamook. We had booked a king size bed. Our room was two queen size. This was not mentioned to me when she handed us the keys for the room. I went back to the front desk and showed the woman my confirmation. She replied “well there are no more kings available and it’s the same price”. That’s clearly not the point! It’s not what we booked for in advance. When I checked out, with a different woman, I asked about why this happened and she replied “I’m not sure because they did have some kings available”. These beds were horrible for a good night sleep. Not comfortable at all. Very very hard!! Springs poking at our backsides. All we wanted was a good night sleep after driving all day. Lots of construction at this inn. No mention of breakfast. Not sure why photos are not up to date on this website. Very disappointed traveler

This is now called the Tillamook Inn. We got placed into a section called The Annex and it clearly has not been renovated in a long time. The fridge and some of the lighting looked like they're from the 80s. Location was not central but along the highway with lots of parking. Not the coziest bed. Mattress was soft and the pillows too dense. I'm a side sleeper and noticed in the middle of the night I was getting a pinched neck. Pool and the breakfast space were both closed and unavailable. For what it was, it's expensive. However, cheaper than something in the Cannon Beach area and average for other options along the coast. While waiting to checkin the employee got at least 3 calls having to tell people they are fully booked with no vacancy. It's clearly a dense tourist space so gotta pay the price if you want to visit.

This place is not suitable for lodging. It is completely rundown with no amenities. It is a clean bed with vinyl flooring. 2 towels and a washcloth, 12" lamps and an old recliner with shredded vinyl cover. When we reserved our room it had breakfast, fitness room and good reviews. Upon arrival nothing was as it was advertised.
