Room was so small with 2 beds ...the shower drain smelled bad and water didnt go down...it was fixed but the smell lingered around. They didnt have complimentary coffee which was bad for us...there was an issue with my payment that I did online....never staying here again

They overcharged me, and they won't give me a refund until a month later. They asked me to fill out about three forms for the refund.
I called a week later to find out about the process, and they told me they would contact me about a refund.
They never contacted me about a refund.
When I called again, it turned out they asked for more paperwork and that they hadn't processed my application yet!

Not impressed, actually worst hotel in my 30 yrs travel. No heat at all, then portable heater blew fuse no electricity all night.
No matter heater, no room or lobby coffee.
Restaurant food and servixe was good.
This property damages the Ibis brand.

We will stay there again. My husband and I were so happy with the cleanliness and the attention from the crew. We requested towels and they would bring them right away. We were able to check in 30 minutes prior to 3:00 pm which made our stay easy and relaxing. Pretty quiet at night so made our sleep peaceful.
