房間外觀高大尚，衞生整理尚可，挺乾淨，停車場停車也方便，正門門前馬路在斷路修路，找另一個進口費了不少時間。服務人員中規中矩，就是每個房間入住時收取壓金，很落後，觀念落後，都什麼年代了，還停留在老的觀念裏，把客人當賊防，就是有賊，也不是所有顧客都是賊。

現在回到鐵嶺就選擇他家住店 地理位置不錯 衞生環境也很好 主要是比較安靜 睡覺睡的特別好 床品也很舒服以後回來還是會選擇他家入住

酒店位置不錯，交通便利，停車方便。周邊幾百米有不少吃飯的地方，但沒有大型商場或超市。早餐品種不多，但能吃飽。我們吃飯的時間是7點40左右，炒菜都涼了。這個酒店房型太多了，我定的房間是精緻型，房間不大，床品挺乾淨，但個人感覺枕頭偏硬。

帶着媽媽自駕游來到鐵嶺，酒店位置不錯，停車位充足。辦理入住時還給升級了帶窗户的房間，非常感謝！房間寬敞明亮，床品很舒服，早餐也不錯，下次過來還會住在這裏！

鐵嶺金帝國際酒店地理位置適中，近鄰銀州區政府為；整體環境上佳，停車方便；客房寬敞舒適，洗手間乾濕分離。
可能受經濟大環境影響，前台服務沒有“賓客至上 服務第一”的感覺。
房間裏，沒有簡易桌，沒有冰箱、沒有贈送的咖啡、茶包，枱燈不能用……
酒店早餐尤其酸菜餡餃子為金帝國際增色。
在鐵嶺金帝國際酒店似乎找到了“宇宙的盡頭是鐵嶺”感覺！
這次入住金帝國際酒店，無意碰碎了大廳經理玻璃牌，賠償100元。
