Hotel Cesar Lanzarote
"When we 1st arrived at this beautiful property the attention to detail was right at the top, the meet and greet was relaxed and very informative, the property is spectacular, the staff are very polite and attentive nothing is too much trouble, we used the restaurant both nights during our stay, the food was amazing and once again the attention to detail was fantastic. Our room was amazing and in keeping with the property, the views are just amazing, a real gem for those looking for calm and character."
Aequora Lanzarote Suites
"We had a great time at the hotel. Great location! It was less than 10mins drive from the airport. You could rent a car at the hotel. They had nice restaurants with good food options and a nice snack bar"
Apartamentos Aloe
"Nice View,Chill Vibe, good location. I really enjoyed my stay at Aloe Apartment!"
Hotel THB Flora
"Great value hotel in a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable, great pools, small gym and a great breakfast."
Apartamentos Tisalaya
"Really, REALLY clean! The location is pretty good too, especially with the airport bus stop nearby, which is super convenient! I'd definitely stay here again! The staff are genuinely nice and polite!"
Club Oceano
"This looked like a great value for money apartment and poolside and layout is really nice and friendly. BUT no air conditioning but they will rent you a fan for 2 euros a day. There is a safe in the room which they will also rent to you. There is not even a microwave. The beds have plastic mattress protectors on with blankets on top. Nothing to get you started off at all. Don’t be fooled"
Club del Carmen
"Really lovely stay here, it's a great location with beautiful rooms and excellent staff."
R2 Bahia Kontiki
"Just returned from a 10 day holiday at the Bahia Kontiki. Lovely apartment (1101) created a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. So much so that we will returning next year. Staff were always willing to help and the onsite maintenance from cleaning to keeping the gardens tidy, was excellent. This was our first visit. And our expectations are, that our next visit, will be just as enjoyable."

Aqua Suites
"We have just got back from here, and it was our first visit to Aqua Suites, but definitely not our last! (Booked after reading all of these amazing reviews!) We cannot fault anything here at all. Amazing friendly staff, who all work so hard to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Spotlessly clean, every time you looked around there would be someone mopping or sweeping up. No fight for sun loungers, plenty for everyone. One large pool, one small pool, and an adults only jacuzzi. We only had breakfast there, but what an amazing spread it was. Continental, "full English", cereals, pastries, fruits, yogurts, toast with jams, marmalades and honey. All washed done with coffee, tea, or a number of fruit juices. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel bar, and was never too busy. We had the lower ground floor junior Suite which was lovely. The only thing as mentioned on here, is that there is more privacy on the upper floors as you do have people walking past you during the day. (If you do decide to stay here and go on the upper floor, there are a number of steps for you to take so if you have mobility issues please be aware.) The room itself has a small fridge with ice compartment, a kettle and coffee machine, (or instant coffee sachets if you prefer), and there is a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge when you arrive. They give you a large bottle of water a day when the cleaner comes round. Lovely sized bathroom with a vey good sized shower, and the air-conditioning was a very welcome relief in the afternoon and night time. We were really sorry to leave here at the end of our 10 night stay. The hotel is at the top of steep slope, and if you do wander down to the main strip at night to the plentiful bars and restaurants down there, I'd suggest a taxi ride back, it typically cost us 4 or 5 euros to get back. And for anyone not wanting to jump on the holiday company bus to transfer when you land, it will cost you about 20 euros, (with a tip) to get here, it's about 10 minutes from the airport."
Hotel Lanzarote Village
"After this experience, I'll be much more careful when opening the safe in hotels from now on! There might be something inside! It'll haunt me for life! The hotel was great in other aspects though! And Lanzarote is fantastic!"
Hotel Riu Paraiso Lanzarote - All Inclusive
"This was our first trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in a Riu. Check in was completed prior via the app so on arrival we were told that our room was not quite ready but we had been kindly upgraded to be next to our relatives who were were travelling with. This was a lovely touch, we were given our wristbands and was informed that we would be emailed when our room was ready. We had a couple of drinks and I was notified to collect the key cards. Staff on reception were very friendly and nice. There was a porter to take our luggage to our room, this was a nice touch too. The hotel grounds are spotless, constantly being cleaned and the staff were also very nice. We had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with everything that you need, beds were comfy, shower was good (did have a bad smell when first switched in though). Did not really watch TV but found that most of the channels were not English. The guests in this hotel were mainly German and French, not many English at all and the average age I would say was >60. There was no music or atmosphere around the "main" pool area but this is where the activities took place. The other pool was even quieter. If you like it very chilled then this is perfect for you. Drinks selection I found limited I couldn't even get a malibu and pineapple or peach schnapps. The cocktails were so sweet with syrup, not to my liking. The beer was nice though. The restaurant was so busy and overwhelming at times. Food more geared up for the non English and was not very warm at all. The soup I had on two days was cold. I do understand that it is hard for hotels to please everyone and keep that amount of food warm. There was one day when I could not find anything I liked. The snack bar was okay, burgers, hot dogs but not what you want everyday. It was nice to have coffee served in a morning though. They didn't even provide small ice creams if you are with children. It was only served in the restaurant. We booked into the Asian restaurant which is a must, very nice in deed. Entertainment team worked very hard and the aqua aerobics we watched on the last day was very fun. The main evening entertainment is in an inside room like a theatre set out, we only popped our heads in for this. They also have singers on the stage in the main bar area. We did also try the disco on our first night. There was never a massive queue at the bars considering the amount of guests. The hotel is located about a 10 min walk to Los Picollos, which is lovely with some nice bars and restaurants. It's 15 mins from the start of Puerto Del Carmen, a very large resort with loads of Irish bars. The old town was really nice and worth the 2 mile walk. We found the weather to be hit and miss, warm most days but very windy. Would we go back to this hotel? No far to quiet for our taste. But it is very well kept and the staff are so nice."
La Isla y El Mar, Hotel Boutique
"We left this hotel today with friends having stayed in rooms 905/904. This is our second time at this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel a walk away from the town. It is modern and architectural around a spa like pool and pool bar area. There are plenty of sun loungers that are well maintained. We had a couple of issues that caused some frustration and one of our group approached the staff in order to resolve the issues. Daniela and the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issues and ensure we were listened to and the issues resolved. There is a period of change and updating at the hotel, which we were able to see the positive results of. Thank you to ALL the staff for being part of our experience and a special thanks to the chefs for providing excellent tasting food immaculately presented. We will come back again"
Hotel Lava Beach
"Great service❤️"
Villas Alondra
"Villas Alondra was a great place to stay for our failure. A little out of the main town but very still very walkable, a hill on the way back. I would recommend that location as much quieter. Very peaceful. Excellent accommodation. Super clean and well maintained. Very impressive on arrival with a glass of bubbles to welcome us all. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Any issues you have a number to call and someone there pretty much straight away. Only issue we had was the water pressure dropped a few times. Someone came to sort immediately. Breakfast was excellent and not rushed. Could go early or late. Would definitely recommend and return."
Lani's Suites de Luxe - Adults Only
"Thanks to Jonathan and his team for another memorable vacation at the Lanis Suites. It’s truly a little slice of paradise—highly recommended!"
Sol Lanzarote All Inclusive
"This hotel is good for families, not so much for friends or couples I feel. Nice rooms, lovely clean place. Animation team are good, especially Lorenzo he made us laugh! It is right on the beach front, you use your room key to access the door in and out which I thought was secure. It is a few mins walk to some shops, bars and restaurants. You can also catch planes flying over the hotel which I thought was cool. A taxi to puerto del Carmen was only €5 which was fab. Only downfall I would say is the food, sometimes it was cold and wasn’t cooked properly and some days did not have much choice but there is something for everyone. Drinks/cocktails are a bit limited options in the all inclusive. Bar staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Benito, he makes good cocktails. Lovely hotel overall."
Bitacora Lanzarote Club
"We visited at the beginning March, and despite the weather not being amazing, we still had a great time. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner but nothing to write home about, Pool was lovely, but very cold! Still managed to get a swim in on the last day though. Great location- ten min walk to super market and 15 min walk to bars and shops. Only negative thing was that when it rained the water did come under the door, but nothing a towel couldn’t fix. Overall a lovely stay."
Gloria Izaro Club Hotel
"The location was lovely. The hotel rooms was beautiful. The food was very good. The entertainment was very poor. The pool bar was the lovely the swimming pool lovely"
Seaside Los Jameos
"We stayed for 5 nights with a 2.6 years old daughter and she love the place( the pool, playground both indoor and outdoor, arcade, daily kids club). Every night entertainment for kids and adult which we enjoyed it too and a relaxing ambience just a short walk and you have the front beach of Puerto del Carmen. A top notch food service especially we include the Half board (free breakfast and dinner) and the food are sumptuous with different variety to choice from. I definitely recommend the place."
Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa
"As a plane spotter, this is an absolutely incredible place. The view is amazing, the staff are incredible. We will definitely be back!"
