我們是2023年10月21日應酬喝酒後，晚上一點鐘入住的客人，第二天我們退房時前台客服告知我們洗臉毛巾被人拿來擦鞋了，但是我們早上發現時就已經掛在了洗手間放衞生紙的地方，需要我們賠償毛巾的損失，錢倒不是問題，但是酒店的工作人員僅憑打掃衞生的清潔工檢查，就一口咬定是我們入住的客人所為，我相信衹要是稍有常識的人都不會拿來擦鞋子，換之而言，你們酒店的任何東西損壞應該查明原因，而不是利用扣除按金來讓入住的客人承擔，所以通過這個小小的事情，我希望酒店在打掃上一位客人的房間時請務必仔細，防止再出現這種讓人非常不愉快的事情，並且能夠改進服務態度，此次我們對和悦酒店的處理方法非常的不滿，也希望後續入住的客人能夠再次小心！
