酒店停車場位置多，雖然酒店設施略顯陳舊，但房間很大，衞生很好。樓下的街邊有餐館，就餐很方便。性價比很高。

該酒店在天祝縣城算是相對規模較大的，房間數量多。但整體來看的話，酒店裝修略顯老舊，由於運營時間較長，樓道中可以聞見較為明顯的異味。樓道內地毯和房間內地毯給人一種經年未洗的感覺。
房間較為寬敞，而且窗簾足夠後，抗陽光穿透性較好。但電視屏幕較小，且電視前的桌子出未配備有額外插座，如果電腦需接入電源，則需移至床頭處，較為不便。淋浴間蓮蓬頭似乎有些許堵塞，出水量不夠大。
房間內除每日提供兩瓶水外，不額外提供免費飲用水，這點酒店在控制成本方面損失了顧客體驗。
