給前台打電話假裝聽不到。共打了4次，剛開始以為是聽筒壞了，之後免提也聽不到我聲音 我懷疑是電話壞了，直到拿我自己手機打前台電話，她仍然假裝聽不到，第四次喂喂兩聲之後主動掛斷，我手機不可能壞吧。可能是淡季，想想算了。第二天他們打電話問我是否續住，我説不續住了他怎麼就聽清楚了呢？所以電話衹能前台給我打，我打過去就變聾子？
喊送3瓶水，4個小時沒送上來。知道他們前台裝聽不到，撥通之後直接生氣地説是真聽不到嗎？前台小姐姐晃神才説聽得到，説立馬安排人送，4個小時等不來3瓶水，大概是想讓我到樓下便利店自己買吧，那這算什麼高檔酒店呢？服務在哪裡呢？
退房時，我問為什麼電話打不通，她們説房間電話線路不太好，如果需要可以打他們前台的手機號，但這時候她已經拿着我的房卡準備辦退房手續了，我也不計較了。直到我開發票讓我加管家微信才知道有更好更快的聯繫途徑，卻在我入住時沒有一句提醒，難道默認週末一次性遊客不會有需求，能應付就應付，有需求能迴避就回避？
非常失望，淡季人不多有所懈怠可以理解，你裝聽不到第一次無所謂，如果打第四次電話是不是可以不裝聾問問需求，如果是客人在房間裏受傷了，也裝聽不到嗎？就算是電話座機壞了，打了三次電話座機有來電顯示，是不是主動來電或者敲門問問呢？
淡季送水慢我也可以理解，就算等半小時我也能接受，如果淡季這幾瓶水要收費我也能理解，但是答應了不送來，直到我退房了也沒有對我的需求有任何反應，我覺得這是完全沒有服務，如果在人少的時候不能滿足個別的需求，那麼旺季的時候豈不是無法無天了？如果依舊是這服務態度，我真不建議來。
