酒店的舒適度真的很高，門口的工作人員也是非常的熱情，幫們指引酒店具體的停車位，房間的佈局也很專業，空間非常大，點外賣也非常的方便，機器人會幫忙送東西，前台的工作人員也很專業，辦理速度也很快，感覺很有特色的一家酒店。

沒想到出來住酒店能選到自己這麼喜歡的裝修風格，尤其是走廊裏麪的地毯，很喜歡這個顏色，專門去問了一下前台，想給自己的卧室也安排一塊，讓人看着心情就很舒服。再就是房間大大的落地窗，晚上可以看看天水的夜景，非常漂亮。下次入住，還會訂他們酒店。

真的很喜歡這家新開的酒店，不管從設施環境一直到服務，我真的很喜歡，我是帶孩子從南方來旅遊的，首先天水這個城市我真的很喜歡，氣候很好，本地人也很熱情，重點來説説酒店的服務，確實不錯，從前台辦理入住時，就能有深刻的體會，幫我拉了行李，倒了一杯紅茶，貼心的為孩子端了一杯白開水，真的很暖心，當然他們也很關注温德姆會員，我是温德姆會員，入住貼心問我各種喜好，有種很被重視的感覺，天水有這樣的酒店真的很不錯，我是一個非常注重服務的人，很高興，温德姆酒店讓我很驚喜。

本人真的非常不愛寫評價，但是真的很想重點誇誇温德姆酒店，細節服務做的很到位，到前台辦理入住，微笑問我是不是需要熱茶，幫我貼心的倒了一杯紅茶，這麼冷的冬天，讓人心裏真的很温暖，還貼心問我對房間有沒有特別的需求，我第一次來天水出差，確實很累，給我安排了很安靜的房間，睡眠質量一點都沒有收影響，提前還給我送了耳塞，真心被暖到了，客服服務也很到位，房間提前幫我送了礦泉水，茶包幫我們補了又補，在天水的此次旅行真的很喜歡，如果有機會我還會再來這家酒店入住的，服務專業又到位，在天水很突出。

酒店服務很專業，從前台到客房，服務很到位，來入住的時候身體不舒服，眼睛很不舒服，致電前台，貼心的為我送了兩個蒸汽眼罩，薰衣草味道的，很舒服，第二天起床就覺得眼睛很舒服，客房服務員第二天看我的房間又幫我重新準備了蒸汽眼罩，細節服務真的是天水酒店裡數一數二的，下次出差旅遊還會來這個酒店，貼心細節服務讓我留下了深刻的印象。重點推薦一下他家的掛耳咖啡，很好喝呀！

這次帶家人出遊，選擇這家酒店真是最正確的決定！一進門就感受到家的温馨。前台小姐姐非常貼心。房間視野開闊，陽光灑進來特別舒服。晚上玩累了回來，泡個熱水澡，躺在柔軟的床上，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。孩子也特別喜歡酒店的自助早餐，説蛋糕很好吃。退房時還送了小紀念品，服務細節滿分！已經推薦給其他朋友了，下次來一定還住這裏！
