酒店位置離石窟十幾公里，有自己的停車場。中午入住時前台説二樓以上沒收拾好，衹能入住一樓，問我可以嗎。第二天才知道一樓靠近餐廳，被一撮跟團旅遊的人吵醒了，吃飯還閉不上嘴，大聲吵吵。

前台服務態度很好，酒店房間太吵，靠馬路方向車輛聲音大，靠後面的方向有樓下餐廳油煙通道的嗡鳴聲，就像是大功率卡車發動機掛在牆上的那種低頻振動的嗡鳴聲，從早上9點17分開始響，晚上9點半結束。9點半之後就很安靜了，如果是早出晚歸的住户無所謂，如果白天在房間裏會很吵，入住時前台也帶着試了幾個房間，都有聲音避免不了，這種情況對酒店是硬傷，早餐也一般般，九點多點去吃早餐沒啥東西了，粥也涼了。
