當晚女前台給我們安排了其他停車位，在附近的停車場，當時我沒跟過去，是女前台帶對象去停的，半夜2點對象肚子痛，拉虛脱了，我想去車裡拿葯，問男前台停車場在哪，男前台説那邊走一百米左轉，我問了停車場名字才説是xx停車場，大半夜人生地不熟又害怕，加上附近有酒鬼，一直找也沒看到停車場，電話過去我很不耐煩説，根本沒看到有，男前台比我還要不耐煩，我問附近有什麼東西參考，他説有個葯店，我問什麼名字，他説不知道。隨後我看到一個葯店（他説衹有一個葯店，我就以為是這個葯店），我就拐進巷子裏，走了幾十米不太對勁，太黑了就出來了，回去酒店前台質問他，根本找不到，他就很不耐煩出門給我指路，我心想早這樣不就好了嗎，指的路，還是巷子進去再進去，要進巷子拐彎的，然後男前台就在路口隨便指一下就回去了，理由是前台不能沒人，而路口有兩個葯店！！他又不説葯店名字，一開始給我誤導了，溝通過程中，還説臟話。折騰一晚上🥲第二天裝修聲音把我吵醒了，不知道視頻能不能聽見，就是整個房間都轟響。服務態度巨差！
