Spa Hotels in Tianjin

Overall we had a lovely stay here. The location is great, and the rooms and reception area were beautifully decorated. The pool and gym were amazing (best hotel gym I've ever seen!), and never very busy. Staff were friendly and polite. And there was never a queue for the lifts. There were a few niggles which I'll list below for other people who appreciate these types of details, but they were by no means deal breakers. Niggles included: - we always had a long wait at reception to be served - the deposit is large (almost the price of the stay again) - no plugs on one side of the bed so you can't charge your phone next to you - the minibar wasn't very cold - no takeout delivery to rooms (usually this is done by robot) - beds are very soft which might give some people backache - our toilet cistern kept running (we fixed it ourselves every time) - the shower leaked - the blinds over the windows are all or nothing, there are no curtains that you can just pull over part of the window - the swimming pool is very shallow at just 1.2 metres with no deep end - this made swimming difficult for both of us as we're on the taller side - you must sign a declaration before every swim/workout (I think once per customer would be enough!) and wear a swimming cap in the pool (the hotel sells them).

Maybe it's because I had high expectations, but I'm disappointed that it's a pretty old hotel. And the worst part was the smelling at our floor. Although the hotel changed rooms and was kind. But when I woke up in the morning, I had a headache because of the smell of the bathroom. The staff was really kind, perhaps because of the Ritz-Carlton service training. I recommend a renovation for the next step.

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

The service was very good. We arrived early and checked in. Ctrip also provided a mini bar, 3 soft drinks and a bag of shrimp crackers. The double bed was enough for two large and two small beds. Two beds about 1.4 meters in size. Fruits were also given. The room was very large. I didn't prepare a bathtub bag, but this was actually provided. Give it a good review. Haha. The only thing is that the hotel charging plug is not USB. The hotel also does not provide plug rental. People who are used to only bringing USB cables should pay attention. You must bring everything. Breakfast is for 2 adults and 1 child. Children must be under 1.4 meters in size. If they exceed the limit, they will pay for the meal. We went late. The variety is OK. There are pancakes, fruit, tofu brain, small dumplings, bread, hot milk, etc. Anyway, there are some. I couldn't find anything to drink. I found the drinks at the entrance after eating. The hot spring is a one-time activity. There is no free entry and exit recently. There is a large swimming pool and a small bubble pool. The kids had so much fun. The swimming pool and the hot spring are not connected. You must go out from the swimming pool entrance, enter the hot spring front desk, and then walk through a passage. There are men's and women's locker rooms in front. Here I remind you to wear slippers, otherwise it will hurt your feet. The clerks are very kind. Seeing that I was in so much pain, they brought me a pair. Haha At the end, the children even drove the car. The whole process was comfortable and pleasant. The service was good. The children also had a lot of fun. I will come to Shengguang to stay next time.

rooms are a little dated and a little miss match in colour scheme and floor in the washroom has the last customers hair but either then that everything was great. Would recommend if you have a flight next day or so this hotel is very close to the airport and a free Mercedes shuttle you can book at the front desk for free to take you to airport

Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

During the Spring Festival, I went to Tianjin for a trip and booked a hotel on Ctrip.com. There was a special offer and it was a five-star hotel, so I chose this one. After checking in, I felt very good. The location is good, the environment is good, the lobby is very grand, and although the facilities are a bit old, they are all five-star standards. The house is very soundproof. Living on the 25th floor, there was no sound at all. The mattress was also very comfortable and moderately hard. I slept until dawn and was very refreshed. The hotel is very close to the surrounding attractions and can be walked, taken the subway or taken a taxi. The breakfast is also very rich and very satisfactory. I will choose here next time.

The room is very comfortable, especially the layout is very reasonable, the facilities in the house are also very complete, the only shortcoming is that there is no USB charging socket at the head of the bed, fortunately the front desk lady (Xiao Guo) very enthusiastically sent a conversion plug. This time I took my 2-year-old and 4-month-old baby out for a trip. I originally planned to go to the naughty castle, but when I went there at around 6 pm on Saturday, it became a private place. Maybe because it was a bit deserted, the baby quickly lost interest and then turned to the water slide in the swimming pool. After playing on the water slide 7 or 8 times, the little baby decided to go to the big swimming pool. The swimming pool was very considerate to provide a lifebuoy on the arm. My baby actually played in the adult pool for more than an hour! And no longer afraid of floating, it has grown a lot! Finally, the breakfast is very rich, and the outdoor recreational charity is also very good. It can be seen that the hotel has thoughtful designs in many places. The hotel service staff are very nice.

The Hotel is a very nice and comfortable. The lobby is amazingly good. The front desk are friendly and the boys can speak English. They variety of food for breakfast Chinese and western cuisines. The room is nice though sockets are abit far from the bed 🛌 The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable, The bathroom is big and the tub is well designed. Overall, This Hotel is a prefect choice if you are on budget.
