Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. A particularly happy stay experience, the hotel is very new, health and bedding comfort are impeccable. Welcome fruit and bath tickets were presented. After the front desk lady was enthusiastic and busy, she also asked if she needed to bring a cup of coffee or hot tea when she left the store. Breakfast is worth mentioning. The small snacks are very beautiful. From Chinese-style fritters to Western-style bread salad, you can choose. The bowl of preserved egg and lean meat porridge is also very comfortable. Next time I go to Binhai New District to play, I will still choose this hotel.

rooms are a little dated and a little miss match in colour scheme and floor in the washroom has the last customers hair but either then that everything was great. Would recommend if you have a flight next day or so this hotel is very close to the airport and a free Mercedes shuttle you can book at the front desk for free to take you to airport

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The front desk and the hot spring attendant the next morning provided good service. Because I missed the hot spring time the day before, it was close to closing time when I went there. I wanted to take a look and take pictures of the hot spring rainforest, so I went there early after breakfast the next day. The attendant on duty at the hot spring immediately decided to open the door for me to go in and take pictures. Thank you!

The parent-child suite is really good, a 1.5-meter bed, a 1.8-meter bed, and the room is also equipped with a humidifier. The red uniform agreed by the hotel waiter was very festive and the service attitude was very good. Although the restaurant is not big, the breakfast is quite rich. Two stir-fried vegetables, boiled eggs and fried eggs, steamed sweet potato stickers with steamed buns and fried dough sticks, there are many snacks, two kinds of porridge, milk soy milk are also hot, a variety of pickles and bean curd, sausages and sausages, as well as fruits and candies, in short, the price is very high, parking is also convenient. The most important thing is that it is only a little more than ten kilometers away from the aircraft carrier park, and it takes less than half an hour to drive. There is the hotel's own cafe downstairs, as well as McDonald's. There are restaurants with high ratings such as Fugui Xianghe Hairanju in about ten minutes' walk. They are all based on seafood home-cooked dishes and the dishes are large. This hotel is worth living. The only downside is that some rooms are on the side of the road, and there are always some motorcycle party engines roaring past. If you don't sleep well, you can live on the other side, and the other side is next to the residential building.

The inn has convenient transportation. You can take a taxi directly to the door of the inn. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving. The room is relatively tidy and clean. The check-in experience is quite good. The inn is lively. The housekeeper of the inn is very enthusiastic and the service is also very good. The price is affordable and all aspects are good. There is also romance. A sentimental inn really adds to the joy of the journey.

I stayed here during the Spring Festival, traveling with my two children. I don't have high requirements for food, and I'm too lazy to queue up outside for a table, so I booked an executive room for convenience. I read a lot of reviews about the lounge food, which were mixed. I personally experienced 4 meals, but I didn't try the evening sweet wine. After these 4 meals, I felt that they were really unsatisfactory. I arrived at the lounge for breakfast at 10 o'clock. There were not many people, but I felt that it was more satisfactory than dinner and lunch. However, the service in the lounge was impeccable. I also communicated with the hotel about the room location before checking in. On the day of check-in, the front desk was very active in coordinating so that I could check in as early as possible. I am very grateful. Every staff member I met during my stay took the initiative to ask the guests if they needed help and greeted them warmly, so I have to praise the service of Ritz!

Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office. 2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard. 3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos. 4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition. 5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection . 6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool. 7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor. Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

We decided to travel before the Qingming Festival. Many hotels in the suburbs were fully booked, so we booked here for two days. Four adults and one baby, we booked a king-size bed room and a standard room. After checking in, we found that the room where the baby stayed was very cold. We contacted the front desk with a try-it attitude. The front desk manager was very patient and thoughtful. He upgraded the baby to a suite and had a lot of fun. The playground is very large, but the only thing is that there is no heating, the ground is cold, and it is a bit uncomfortable to stay for a long time.
