Very pleasant stay. Hotel is in an excellent location for strolls along the Haihe River, shopping malls and 5 -Avenues area. Only issue was walls pretty thin if you have noisy people staying in nearby rooms. Other than everything was absolutely fine.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during an overnight trip from Beijing, and I wanted to share my experience.
Upon arrival, I took the subway to the hotel. The walk from the station was a bit challenging because the roads are currently being refurbished, which meant there were no markings. This made crossing the street quite confusing and a little unsafe!
When I checked in, the staff member at the front desk didn’t speak much English. She handed me the room key without explaining which floor I was on or where the elevator was located, so another staff member had to assist me. The front desk was quite busy, as several guests were checking out at the same time. I also requested to include breakfast in my fee, but I don’t think she understood me. As a result, I ended up paying for breakfast the next morning. I arrived at 9 AM, but the selection was quite limited.
I didn’t use the hotel facilities, but I did take a look at the gym and pool, which are open to the public. The shower in my room provided shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and having a bathtub was a nice touch!
One thing to note is that the hotel is open to the public, which made it quite busy during my stay. There was a wedding happening when I arrived, and later that evening, I encountered a birthday party. This meant there were many non-guests around, which made me feel a bit uneasy, especially as a solo female traveler. Being in the elevator with some drunken guests was particularly intimidating when they tried to strike up conversations.
Overall, I wouldn’t rate this hotel five stars. Also, keep in mind that there’s no massage spa available. While I didn’t order room service, there are options for both local and Western food, including pizza.

Grew location. Stayed for 8 days, and everything was up to standard. Older amenities but large and clean rooms, gets all the basics right.

A disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel.
If you’re expecting the level of service that typically comes with a five-star rating, you may be let down. The front desk staff were not very welcoming, especially when communicating in a language other than Chinese, which made the check-in experience uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the luggage porter was polite and very professional — a rare highlight during my stay.
Unfortunately, the room was quite dusty and felt old and unmaintained, as if it hadn’t been used in a very long time.

Average hotel suit. Good location and nice old-styled interior. However, for this price, I expected better quality

Very nice hotel near metro station Line 1 and 4. Very delicious breakfast. Room are clean and WIFi is very strong. Staff are friendly and they speak very good English.

As a 5-star hotel, it was a very disappointing stay for our family.
When we checked in, we were "upgraded" to another bigger room which turned out to be an apartment on the 23rd floor. The quality of the apartment was no better than a bad motel room. Everything looked very worn and dirty. Even the windows were dirty. The corridor leading to the apartment was worn dark and badly lit.
We asked for our original room and was placed back in a small but decent room, although the cleanliness of the room was questionable. A lot of the facilities were old or not available and the breakfast was very ordinary.
Trip advised we would only be charged a smaller deposit but instead we were charged RMB1000 (and had to pay a RMB30 international transaction fee) and our room fee was paid from the deposit (even though we already paid this fee with Trip). A refund is being processed but this made the experience even worse.
The hotel is in need of a complete renovation.
For the price, I would not recommend staying here. Most of the reviews on Trip of this hotel is not trustworthy.

Got a room on a high floor with a view of the city centre. It was upgraded to a kind of suite with a living room. Overall not bad, however the interior design is a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. Internet connection works well.

Location is okay, but the cleanliness of room was awful, found hair on washroom floor, bay window area, we asked for no smoking room but first room we walked in had the cigarette smell, then we changed to another room, it’s better.
