Honestly, just so confused as to why this place is called a 5-star. It is most certainly not 5- star. The room and the bathroom weren’t even squeaky clean. The bathroom had all these dirt marks along the shower and the toilet. The hotel is sold to have a pool, but the pool is actually a public pool that was just full of kids. It was also said that the breakfast is western. Western? I don’t understand what they’re referring to because the breakfast we had was very much Chinese. If I’m eating rice and chicken curry at breakfast that is not western. There wasn’t even any cereal, the most basic form of western breakfast. The whole place is just doing too much, there’s a convention room, some shops etc all at one place. The meal area looked like a high school canteen. There was absolutely nothing 5-star about this hotel. Honestly, if you are expecting 5-star, DO NOT go to this hotel. The only good this is the staff were nice. 

Big nice room with tasteful decoration. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Attached to the society Hill Mall is convenient. Just that if the laundry service can be DIY or FOC will be great.

The hotel's location may not be ideal for those primarily interested in visiting Tianjin, but it is conveniently situated near the South Station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there is a shopping center with numerous restaurants nearby. As is typical of most hotels in China, the breakfast is of good quality, but it is advisable to arrive early to avoid missing out on the best selection. After an hour or so, most of the breakfast options are consumed, and it may be preferable to have breakfast at a nearby cafe.

The room is very clean and sanitary. I am very satisfied with the front desk service. I will stay here again when I come to Tianjin on business trips.

The room is larger than other hotels of the same price, and the facilities are good. The pillows and quilts smell like cigarettes. Others are OK. The location is very close to Tianjin South Railway Station, there are shopping malls nearby, and it is very convenient for eating, staying, and traveling.

Because I was going to travel from South Station, I chose this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, there were two washbasins, the room was spacious, and the hotel breakfast was rich. It was a very cost-effective choice.
