This hotel has a nice decoration style. There is a delicious western restaurant downstairs, which will allow you to relax and enjoy yourself when you are tired from driving. When traveling in a remote city, it is very important that the environment around the hotel is safe.

I had a totally Terrible experience in this visit. The front desk receptionist Name Vaishali ( no name tag) did show me the attitude during check in, I don't appreciate. I booked room for check in time at 3.00 pm, But I arrived to the hotel at 9.30 pm the room was still not ready. She made me sit in the break fast lounge till 9.48 pm. What kind of hotel is this? and I requested her about my billing issue, She didn't even wants to be bothered. Finally she swiped my credit card twice, and charged extra. my invoice total is $263.40, but I have been charged $313.40? I did contact the hotel management by online chat, and they said it take 48 hours to solve my issue. How did they charge on me over the invoice amount? How come the room was not ready till 9.48 PM? Does the hospitality receptionist need any basic qualification? Kan

Our room was comfortable and big. Beds were a bit older and noisy, but plenty of pillows and towels. The hotel had plenty of parking and a good breakfast - the ladies serving breakfast were amazing - very helpful and full of extra tips for our road trip. It was a good stay. The hotel is conveniently located just outside of town.

A great stay at the holiday inn and suites
We really enjoyed our stay at the holiday inn and suites in Thunderbay. We were there from June 5th. and left on the 8th.
Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. From the ladies at the front desk to the dining room ladies and the gentleman who turned up the lights for us in the dining room so we could play cards.
So very much appreciate each of them.
We love staying at the holiday inn and suites wherever we go. These were top notch people!!!
