Our stay at the Best Western Crossroads in Thunder Bay was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were comfy and we had an excellent sleep. The room was quiet and only a little sound came from the door. The hot breakfast was delicious! Our over all experience with this hotel was excellent and we would stay here again! Thanks Best Western!

The Best Western Crossroads Hotel is very close to the airport- its the best choice for a quick trip to the airport. It’s just a short walking distance to coffee shops and a few restaurants. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and breakfast is good. We’ve always had a comfortable, safe stay here.

This hotel should be rebadged as a Super 8 or Sleep 6 and then customers would at least know what to expect. The price was outrageous for the quality of the premises, but being in Thunder Bay they can charge whatever they want and get away with it. There was even an extra $10 charge to stay on the top floor(3rd). Travelled all my life before retirement and travelled a lot during retirement but this charge was new one on me. I booked with the front desk, and as I've stayed at this hotel before and didn't like it, I wanted to book at the other BW in Thunder Bay. The clerk on the front desk lied to me about the location. The breakfast room had a sign on the entrance door to the affect that patrons were not to remove any food from the room. To enforce this, there was an employee posted at the door. The breakfast was poor. If you expect decent treatment as a traveler, avoid this hotel at all costs.

We travel through the country it’s nice to stop at a familiar spot were you know the room will be at least clean and the staff are there to help you and able to joke around one thing I haven’t had was breakfast there to see how if is I know from travel these hotels now a days are barley making breakfast and room rates are through the roof

I love this place because the staff treats me like family. I've stayed here many many times over the years!! I also stay here because I get a ground floor room with my own door to outside. We bring lawn chairs, sit outside our room, watch airplanes fly into the nearby airport and meet new people in the parking lot.

The room was super clean ( and I have OCD so I know clean lol ) Breakfast had a lot of options and was very good too .Couldn't ask for a better place . We will stay there again for sure. Thank you for making our trip wonderful.

Very loud at night- needed to put on fan to dull noise from hallway and other rooms. Need more meal options

We were greeted by the friendly staff abd checked in quickley. We went to our room, when we noticed the washroom was filthy. We complained to the front desk staff and we were quickly giving an upgraded room. The new room was good, The free breakfast was good.

This hotel is ok. The beds were good and breakfast was nice. The location is moderately sketchy, but they have a fair number of security cameras to park by. Front desk staff (all 6-8 I interacted with) were indifferent at best. If you are American, select to be charged in Canadian currency. Their system is a rip off and if I hadn’t caught it, I would have been over charged by more than $10.
