I visited blue serene with my baby and rest of the family. Rooms were pretty spacious and clean. Environment was baby friendly and felt safe. Had a wonderful houseboat ride and indoor games made us engaging. A very calm atmosphere which made baby and us be in a comfortable place.

Good stay. Ambience is good and place is maintained well. Backwaters are the main attraction. We had a great view from our room. Place is kids friendly as well.

- Rooms were spacious and neat but AC was not functioning well. But the staff was very friendly and supportive that the room was changed. - Food and service was good - Staff was helpful - Gym Equipments needs to be maintained.It was not working at all. - Pool area and changing rooms needs to be maintained

The Front Office staff at this place seem to be overwhelmed. I had come in a couple of hours after checkin time and they had confirmed that the room would.be ready. Looks like alot of folks were waiting for room allocation and when i arrived i was told it will take 30 min. The Manager then said few min and it got alloted in 5-10 min. Had specifically told them about an early monring checkout and they mentioned they will have people 24/7. When I came to the front desk at 3 AM I could not get to anyone even though I called out and knocked on all doors at the front office. Even the lights were switched off. Was going to handover the room card to the gate security when one of thier staff suddenly appeared at the front door. Dont know what to make of all this except that the front office folks need alot of training apart from being adviced on availability.Not sure of how other services at this place are as i did not really use anything. No real complaints on the room or anything else as everything was good.

I had an amazing experience. The rooms were super spacious and spotless. The staff was professional and ridiculously friendly - loved interacting with them. The ambience was top notch too - it was such a serene atmosphere. Perfect place for a chill stay. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing , Rooms are spacious and of great standard , the property has huge lawns and ending with a Backwater in the west side ...its very beautiful ... only drawback is it can become crowded/populated if there are programs in the Auditorium at Floor 2 & floor 3 . Pool was Non-operational all the 3 days of our stay :( One place they really need to improve is the Morning breakfast But the Room Dinning was good and reasonable as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Serene Resorts. The beautiful backwater location is so peaceful, and we really enjoyed the boating experience. The multi-cuisine restaurant served delicious food, and the spacious rooms made our stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful – a special thanks to Shafna and the entire team for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaways..
