Lights, bed, shower all worked and was appreciated. Night register was efficient at his job in and out this morning. Not the most updated, was not the most expensive either. Clean and comfortable for on the road traveling away from home. Thanks

The hotel was very clean and great value, however toilet and charger ports in room were broken. Reported to front desk and the man was pretty rude asking what I wanted him to do about it then handed me a plunger. All my previous experiences there were pleasant with their old staff. Not sure what happened over the last six months but I don't think I will be returning. Pool was green and nasty the staff was rude. Paid extra for a late check out and still had housekeeping knock several times starting at 10am to where we left 40 minutes early.

The waffles were great but I would have appreciated some sort of protein (sausage, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt). I have type 2 diabetes as I’m sure many of your guests do.

The staff was great but the breakfast was horrible. Cereal and milk and coffee were all that they had.

Worst hotel stay ever ! I definitely will never book with them again or refer anyone to this hotel ! Management was horrible! Management was the worst part of my stay ! Elevator didn’t work! My microwave in my room did not work ! Continental breakfast was horrible!
