I got a room here because of the wyndom name the room was nice. The staff had very little customer service skills. I was streaming from my room I guess they didn’t agree with me doing so. Instead talking to me to find out if I was doing work online. They blocked my IP ADDRESS from being able to logon the WiFi and pretended they didn’t know why I couldn’t connect. So I spent 85 a night thinking I could make it back but I was not able to because of nosey staff judging me and my profession. I own a LLC and lost money because of the staff at this location. And I even paid a extra fee 30$ just to check in two hours early nearly half the cost of one night I have never experienced service this bad and a continental breakfast that was serious sparse and you were watched by the staff like they got dibs on the leftovers. Even closing it nearly 10 minutes early.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the key card not working for my door, and they could not get one to work, so I had to have a staff member let me in every time. I had a fire alarm chiming above my bed; they removed the whole alarm at 2 am. The Air conditioning worked great; it was a hot day. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small for the price.

This was an overnighter on a road trip so we needed a clean room, comfy bed, and a good breakfast. It checked all those boxes. I'd stay again.

The property was very nice. My only complaints were that my room reeked of smoke and the hotel had bus loads of migrant workers staying there. They were all very nice but its a bit unnerving to come out of your room and have people sitting in the hallways and stairwells on the phone.

The room was much nicer than I thought it would be based on the photos. We stayed 2 nights and the beds were very firm and comfortable. The room was nicely cool during a summer heat wave. Unfortunately, we didn't receive room service after the first night, and the breakfast selection was poor with weak coffee. The coffee machine didn't work in our room.

Lights, bed, shower all worked and was appreciated. Night register was efficient at his job in and out this morning. Not the most updated, was not the most expensive either. Clean and comfortable for on the road traveling away from home. Thanks
