Days Inn by Wyndham Thornton

Overall an okay stay. Convenient location just off I-25, with easy access to Denver Premium Outlets and nearby shopping areas. Basic amenities, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Good value if you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly stop near Thornton or just north of Denver.

Good price and get what you pay for but could be worse honestly

Property has trash everywhere. next to gas station. random people walking around. Smells **** a lot furniture had burn mark in hotel. Bed sheets has spots and holes. Bed mattress sag down so much. So horrible. AC doesn't not work. It was so hot. And Towels were out for the night??? No good sleep for sure no I Don't recommend

I was initially greeted by a friendly front desk staff member at check-in, which gave me hope for a pleasant stay—but unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. After unpacking in the room, I discovered the TV didn’t work. When I tried calling the front desk to report the issue, I found the room phone didn’t work either. I had to walk back down to the front desk, where staff checked the Wi-Fi settings but couldn’t determine why the TV wasn’t functioning. They assured me someone would come to the room to look at it, but no one ever showed. Eventually, I managed to pair my cell phone to the TV so I could at least watch something, but that shouldn't have been necessary. There were two of us staying in the room, yet we were only provided with one washcloth. The next surprise came after a full day out—we returned to find the room hadn't been cleaned. Normally, if there's no daily housekeeping, that's communicated at check-in. I had to make another trip to the front desk just to get fresh towels, as I didn’t want to reuse the lone washcloth between the two of us. The one bright spot is the hotel’s location, which is convenient and close to many dining options. However, on two separate occasions, we walked out to the parking lot and saw police dealing with incidents involving other people. That definitely made us feel uneasy and raised concerns about the safety of the property and surrounding area. Overall, this stay left a lot to be desired, and I wouldn't choose this hotel/location again.

This place was horrible. TV still had a screen protector that was never taken off since purchase. TV could not get any programing with the exception of someone previous to our stay had left their codes for the Disney channel. Windows were broken. The front desk was rude and over charged us. The pool, laundry was not working. There were dirty and unkempt people throughout the hotel or loitering in the lobby. Breakfast was bad, no bread, over cooked hard-boiled eggs. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I'm sorry to say, I believe this hotel is a homeless shelter. I don't know if it's through some government voucher system or what but I can't recommend this hotel for anyone. I was so surprised that I came here to see if this was a new development or standard operation for this hotel. It's clear this is their business model and has been for years.
