The garden level is an apartment that we split and rented while we lived in Denver, and it remains occupied. This space is completely separate from the main house which is two stories. There is no access between and entry/exit paths are private. ***Important, there are two thermostats with two furnaces and two AC’s. One thermostat in the living room the other in the owners suit. Each unit must either be on heat or cold so that they do not work against each other.
