Our open concept 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom with seperate bedroom and living / game room upstairs. Home with a private backyard. Front porch with seating. Lots of space and cozy. We offer a large television with cable as well as high speed internet. 1000 feet from one of the best amenity centers in the state. We are also a few feet from miles of hiking trails and 1/2 mile to a small ski hill with a lodge offering live music and food.
There is one security camera installed outside. Host is super nice, very thoughtful (arrived late and he made sure the lights were on outside for us, the heat was turned on as it was starting to get cold this time of year), and very easy to communicate with. The house has a cool layout, it really expands the space in a clever way, with sort of 3 levels within 2 stories. Very close to the amenities, though don’t walk up the hill towards the condos, or you may run into the same unwelcoming fellow who felt the need to tell me and my 7yo son we are on private property and are not welcomed to stroll on it. The amenities are solid, though by Oct much of it is shut down. The indoor pool and hot tub remain open, as was the tennis and pickleball courts. Overall cool place in a cool mountain neighborhood!

This was our second stay at Alpine Retreat. The cabin is clean, very spacious, and private. The wood-burning fireplace was wonderful on the cold evenings we had. The cabin is close to many hiking trails and local attractions. Frank is a great host. We will be back.

The photo's of this cozy cabin DO NOT do it justice. An immaculate interior with beds for 8 filled with all the comforts of home and outstanding resort amenities within walking distance. The host was attentive and responsive. The yard could have used a trimming and bring your own chairs for the fire pit, but leave your corn-hole boards home, the host even provided a set.

My wife and I love Frank’s house. It’s very comfortable, clean and furnished and decorated beautifully. It’s also very cool on hot days and we only used the AC one day. The convenient access to the community center at Waterville Estates allowed us to go there daily for a swim and to use the health center. This is the second summer we have rented at Frank’s house and plan on returning next summer. Frank is a really nice guy and extremely reliable in communicating with us and, I imagine, all his renters. I can’t recommend this house enough!

Nice spot in Waterville Estates
We really enjoyed our weekend stay. Good communication and the place was right near the community center and Campton Mtn - both of which we took advantage of. The place was really nice on the inside and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you!

Great Stay
The house had everything we needed and the owner was great to work with and very responsive. The house is not super large but plenty of room for 2 adults and three teenagers. Kids loved the ping pong table and easy access to community center. One thing to know is that there are 3 levels to the house and stairs down from the road in case there are mobility issues.

Perfect family getaway!
We had accommodations fall through as the last minute and we were lucky enough to book this spot! It was perfect for our family to celebrate our Daughter’s second birthday at the Ice Castles in Woodstock and then ski at loon.Thank you!!
