"The place is huge and very lush with lots of trees. Because it's so natural, we actually found a lizard in our room and had to ask staff to remove it. The hairdryer was also broken, but maintenance fixed it right away. Not all the resort activities listed were available, probably because it wasn't peak season. The food wasn't great, and you could only get what you'd pre-selected, no extras. But I did like the lighted mirror in the bathroom."

"I made a reservation but didn't get to stay there. If you're traveling with family and children, ❌ I don't recommend it. It's deep in the forest, the GPS led me astray, the pin wasn't accurate, the rooms were quite creepy, there were snake bites on the stairs, it didn't feel safe at all. I don't recommend staying there."
