我們不是湖景房，旁邊的湖景應該還可以（我們到太晚沒顧上看），可是我們的房間一言難盡，本來我們訂了兩晚，可是住了一晚就逃走了，雖然沒跟老闆打招呼，可是我們也是沒辦法，因為：1.房間很小設施破舊就算了，可是床上就一床很薄的毯子，當時就想晚上肯定扛不住（六月初的湖邊還是很冷的），所以馬上去找了老闆，他態度還不錯，過來幫我們開了暖氣，還給我們帶來了一床毯子，本來以為晚上沒問題，可是要睡覺才發現不行，因為那個暖氣應該是壞了，開了好久房間也沒熱，睡到半夜我們都被凍醒過，第二天都有些鼻塞了；2.晚上睡覺前我拿開靠着的一個枕頭才發現上面爬了不少蟲（見視頻，衹拍了枕頭的一面，另一面還有幾個蟲我沒拍），嚇得我到處找地方放這個枕頭，最後沒辦法衹好放到冰箱上，而且因為睡前這個枕頭是靠着背的，我就一直擔心蟲子爬到身上，所以弄了半天才迷迷糊糊睡去，到第二天我都擔心身上是不是被蟲子咬了；3.加拿大國家公園路上基本都沒網絡，每天我們衹有到酒店才能上網，可這家網絡也不大好，不過主要還是因為前兩個原因第二天一早我們就走了，那時老闆好像還沒起來，而且我們英語不好沒法溝通，衹有找攜程説明情況，客服還是很負責，幫我們溝通幾次，商家還是不願退第二天的房費，衹是提出幫我們免費換房間！！但是一則對暖氣心有餘悸，再者是怕再出來蟲子（比方説這個枕頭當時沒蟲子，是我用了以後才發現有的，感覺像是枕頭裡爬出來的），而且我們的旅程剛剛開始，萬一出點什麼問題後面就沒法玩了，那損失可就大了，所以就算不退錢我們也沒有回去，而是另外找了一家酒店入住，最後表揚攜程客服幫我申請了一些補助，彌補了一些損失。

Total Dump – Don’t Waste Your Money This place is filthy, and overpriced. The manager was rude on the phone and in person. Grounds are covered in smoke butts, broken BBQs, filthy tables, and unkempt landscaping. The rooms are in desperate need of a good cleaning. Staff do not tidy rooms nor replenish necessities such as towels, even when staying for a long duration. Nothing about this place is worth what they charge. Avoid it at all costs.

Jasper Way Inn has been a great destination for us for a number of years. Lakefront location can't be beat. The nightly price is very reasonable. We appreciate the rustic feel, and everything is clean and comfortable. They provide propane bbqs at no cost, and you can rent non motorized boats for some time on the lake. We will be going back again later this summer!
