Room was not upto our expectations, had cigarette smell and the washroom was not ginger like. Probably because this was the cheapest room available but still, should have been well maintained.

I had a comfortable stay at Ginger Hotel during my business trip. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to all my needs. I would especially like to mention Vishnu and his team at the restaurant—they were incredibly pleasant and energetic, always ensuring excellent service. Their attentiveness and positive attitude made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

The stay was pleasant and the service & food was good. Habijul’s service at the hotel was on-time. Breakfast options were plenty. But dinner options provided was less. Food quality is good. This property is recently renovated and heard from colleagues this is better after renovation.

Overall nice hotel, and nice hospitality and very good food, we came here for business meetup and stayed in Ginger hotel, rooms are nice and clean and services are good and good water facilities and regular cleaning of rooms and very customer friendly employees.

Having a great stay here at Ginger TVM. The restaurant staffs are very polite and helpful especially Amir. Their breakfast options have also improved significantly. Anyone visiting TVM technopark can consider this as a great option to stay

The service was really good. Service was extremely good. Came for business trip. Water and room facilities are good. Customer friendly employee.. Overall within budget best luxurious hotel room and the people are so accommodatve and friendly.

Room was ok. I have requested for plates cutleries which took more than 20mnts, that also after making second call to the reception. Fun part is they forgot to bring the cutleries. It was 3rd or 4th stay at the hotel. This time the service was poor.

Rooms are ok , staffs are very friendly and restaurant food are fine like homely food. Expsially paneer butter masala and Chenna masala are good. For rooms they require increase the size . With 3 person is difficulty share.rest of all good to saty

A corporate hotel in the vincity of Techno park. Rooms are small and breakfast spread was decent but can be improved. Special shout to Mr. Vishnu and Mr. Aamir for their service. Appreciate the front desk team for smooth check in and check out process. Overall a decent hotel.
