Stayed at the hotel in august with family. It is a charming hotel with the fast flowing river next to it which is the main charm. Rooms are average while the food was very disappointing. One comes to Bhutan expecting some nice local food not to be eating Palak paneer & dal makhani. Staff was very helpful

This property has a very beautiful location, just on the edge of river & surrounded by mountains. It has long stretches of well maintained garden areas alongside the river bank where sitting for a long stretch is always very relaxing. Rooms are quite big & has all the facilities. Every room has big windows with amazing views of river, mountains & the garden area. Only thing to be improved was the flooding. Taste & options both have scope of improvement.

It was a short stay of just two days but the property deserves all the accolades for hospitality, food, spa services, caring and friendly staff. Cherry on cake is the scenic view of the property, so calm and refreshing. One of the best properties to stay in bhutan.

the location was perfect with the river flowing along and rooms were good , it’s overly priced for the amenities you get in return and there is a lot to improve on food and internet ( especially breakfast buffet) where the dishes are not filled in the buffet and a very limited breakfast menu and it’s hardly tasty. The staff are undoubtedly friendly but lot needs to be improved w.r.t food options and internet connectivity was very bad even in the lobby … Spa is one of the highlights of the property, the therapists are really professional

Beautiful location… they have upgraded us to suite… which was large… beautiful decor and clean… the toilet was huge with nice bathtub… the river flowing serenely by the side with many willow trees… however when we said that we wanted to play with the bow and arrow…they couldn’t arrange it… everything else was beautiful

We love this property becoz the rooms are in open area with lush green grass and beside river is flowing. Staffs are polite & humble, inside every room u will find traditional dress of Bhutan so that u can wear it. Food is good they have both local Bhutanese & Indian cuisine, fresh rotis are also available. This property is little far from Thimpu town but easily accessible to all the location. They have their own traditional Spa. Highly recommend for Thimpu stay.

Excellent hotel with lovely location…. Huge rooms , lovely garden and walk along the river to the rooms is beautiful..we enjoyed the food as well……….. Very good service as well………………………….. If we ever visit Thimphu again it will be terma linca.. Our agent Mr Harry booked this place for us..

We visited Terma linca while staying at Himalayan Keys in Thimpu. The rooms are huge almost 50 sq m per room. Its along the Thimpu river and one can spend time for long walks along the river. Needs booking well in advance as most rooms were booked already. Being an older hotel , it is popular with tourists.
